I've not been particularly blown away with his few displays in the middle, of course he plays there for country but you would agree club football is a different animal. Anyway Alaba is not someone we can afford to lose so extending was a no brainer. I want to see him use his right foot better in the middle, this is my biggest reservation about Alaba

Its not unusual to have multiple teams you support when you are still young. Alonso-Vidal double pivot works for me. Thiago needs to sempe on the bench with his party tricks. Though something tells me Pep go start am regardless
