I have gone to make enquiry about purchasing a land in an estate that is adron homes so I saw the land and I was pleased and satisfied but getting home I met a couple of friends which one of them has a friend that is into construction so he brought out some points I was confused and discourage about,its no longer a new story that the reason most people buy land in an estate is to be free from omo onile troubles and to avoid buying another persons land so I was told that even after buying the land I would settle omo onile and one other thing I learnt was that before you can start constructing in Lagos you have to acquire work permit please come to my resque work permit is an extortion
Please advice needed I don't mind going to another state to buy the land instead of Lagos any more
