Hello house, can I use form A (Tradesystem) to process my upkeep, using GTbank? If yes, how many days will it take till I get the money ?
I hope there won’t be any need to visit the bank physically because I am in the Uk.

Thank you. I called them actually as regards my husband's application and I was made to understand that a decision has been made and he will receive his pick up mail soon. I am optimistic that the email my son received was due to a human error and all will be sorted soon.

I am not an expert, but, I am still wondering why they will reference your sons application to your husband VISA status,,, the only way that could be the case is if your son had applied as a dependent of your husband instead of both applying as your dependent. before you go for administrative review, you may want to go through your sons application form again to make sure it has been filled out correctly. you know these application form can be tricky to fill
out sometimes.....

Thank you for your response. The application was properly filled and they both were stated as my dependants. They even made reference to this in their reason for refusal and also made reference to one parent applying with the child. Their conclusion is that my husband has not applied for his own visa which is not true. I strongly believe this is a fault from the case worker’s end.

I am a student on tier 4 visa, already in the UK. My husband and son applied as my dependants, an email was sent this morning, stating that my son was refused and the reason being that his father does not hold a valid UK visa and he has not applied for a valid UK visa, when they have both applied together.
There is no word yet as regards my husbands application. They gave us an option of an administrative appeal for my son which we are going to do.
Anyone ever experienced this? Is this an oversight from their end? Please advise on what to do.
