Thanks Femi it worked. I'm still having problems with the Storm2. (A) The key gen is not accommodating the App Version (like it's too long)
(B) Uptime keeps changing like u said (C) The keys u helped me with seem not activate whenever I use it. Therefore making it difficult to generate MEP.

Ok. I'll re-check the uptime value if it hasn't. But I don't understand the part where u said I don't need to press alt to enter the key before typing number. Cos the touch screen only show letters. In the case where I want to type "4" do I just punch-in "S"? Thanks for all these troubles.
