I meant its supposed to be Omi-Adio and Dugbe stations instead of Omi-Adio and Ibadan (Omi-Adio is in Ibadan as well) I have a property right beside the station @ Omi-Adio and the station site is massive. The fast development and influx there is tremendous. I don't need to drive to Lagos or Abeokuta anymore, I'll just take a few minutes train ride to Lagos right beside my house. Omi-Adio too and Ibadan? (Omi-Adio is after Apata in Ibadan too) Meanwhile you might want to avail yourself of the opportunity to own a landed property few meters to Omi-Adio mega station of the #LagosIbadan rail line. Whoever is advising Yinka Ayefele and the management of his Fresh FM will push him into a ditch and wave at him. You can't be wrong and be trying to whip up sentiments especially against any government. The Music House (since it's inception as an event center) had been in a contentious situation of demolition even during Gov. Akala days. Even a layman on estate issues will know that the building is a faux pas on that express. Not to talk of his station being truly politically biased. I love the station and listen to most of their programs, even though a lot of their presenters (especially Tope Edwards) are fantastically biased and unethical with the way he argues with callers that he feels is sympathetic to APC, but I wish the demolition matter is resolved without it taking place. Yinka should try to find a balanced and reasonable ground with the government and not think public sentiments can save him, especially when the violation is glaring. |

abescom:Bro. I understand you but I have no problems in stating the price. A lot of people from this forum that had made enquiries had called my phone so there was no reason dropping an info that was not enquired here. Moreover, the price is likely to be reviewed if the rail project gets completed and launched in December/January. That's one of the major reasons I didn't put the price here. ...and I'm not an agent anyways, it's my property. |

One of the nine(9) terminus (boarding stations) of the Federal government electric train project is situated few meters away from the property in question (which you can see in the pictures above).
