Butterflyleo:Yes I get it. You didn't get my point though. I meant its supposed to be Omi-Adio and Dugbe stations instead of Omi-Adio and Ibadan (Omi-Adio is in Ibadan as well) I have a property right beside the station @ Omi-Adio and the station site is massive. The fast development and influx there is tremendous. I don't need to drive to Lagos or Abeokuta anymore, I'll just take a few minutes train ride to Lagos right beside my house. God bless Bubu for this. He surely has my vote next year!! |
Butterflyleo:This #LagosIbadanRail will change lives throughout the Southwest region of the country!!! It's funny when they quote Apapa, Agege and then Lagos (are Apapa and Agege not also in Lagos?) Omi-Adio too and Ibadan? (Omi-Adio is after Apata in Ibadan too) Meanwhile you might want to avail yourself of the opportunity to own a landed property few meters to Omi-Adio mega station of the #LagosIbadan rail line. Check my signature. |
Preasty:Use this number to add me to this group 08034163186. The link you sent is unresponsive. Thank you. |
Let's see how it goes. PDP might be the major looser. |
Barka De Sallah to all Muslim faithfuls. Though I'm a Christian, but I bought a ram for my mother-In-law (who is an Alhaja)to celebrate Sallah together yesterday. Let's all endeavor to live in peace with all men. Enjoy responsibly. |

Why is it that some people can advertise lands and properties for sale and some of us can't without the post getting deleted? Just wondering ni o! |
Quite commendable. I only hope they are not those teachers who can hardly write a simple sentence in English ![]() |
Whoever is advising Yinka Ayefele and the management of his Fresh FM will push him into a ditch and wave at him. You can't be wrong and be trying to whip up sentiments especially against any government. The Music House (since it's inception as an event center) had been in a contentious situation of demolition even during Gov. Akala days. Even a layman on estate issues will know that the building is a faux pas on that express. Not to talk of his station being truly politically biased. I love the station and listen to most of their programs, even though a lot of their presenters (especially Tope Edwards) are fantastically biased and unethical with the way he argues with callers that he feels is sympathetic to APC, but I wish the demolition matter is resolved without it taking place. Yinka should try to find a balanced and reasonable ground with the government and not think public sentiments can save him, especially when the violation is glaring. |
Still here. Still available. |

EgunMogaji:I've quoted the price bro. |
Check this link from The Nation about the rail project going on there. The rail terminus is a walking distance from the property in question as seen on Google map posted here. https://www.google.com.ng/amp/thenationonlineng.net/excitement-fed-govt-begins-lagos-ibadan-electric-rail-system/amp/ OR https://www.nairaland.com/4667018/photos-ongoing-lagos-ibadan-railway |
abescom:Bro. I understand you but I have no problems in stating the price. A lot of people from this forum that had made enquiries had called my phone so there was no reason dropping an info that was not enquired here. Moreover, the price is likely to be reviewed if the rail project gets completed and launched in December/January. That's one of the major reasons I didn't put the price here. ...and I'm not an agent anyways, it's my property. |
EgunMogaji:3m (930.25 m²) 2 plots. |
Preasty:Link not working. |

They're both silly! I don't care about people's sexuality anyway (straight or gay). But why keep pushing it in peoples faces is what pisses me off. What you do in your closet should remain in your closet. Shioor!! ![]() |
NOC1:Medicine for elders your mean. Very confident lady. Me likey!! |
