I choose not to believe this.
Reasons:
1) Snipper (or any poison) will make you foam in the mouth and nostrils while writhing in pain before death. There’s non in his mouth or nostrils.
2) He doesn’t look like someone that died in pain. Go and check the picture of anyone that died of lethal poisoning like Snipper, they look concocted and not peaceful like this guy.
3) He probably just wanted to play victim and make the girl (if any sef) that broke his stupid heart feel bad and come back to him.

Hello Broker, please I need your opinion on this.

My building is constructed with red brick which are 6 inches. I did casement windows in some of the places and decided with my Aluminium guy and bricklayer to instal burglar proofs (for casements)?after nets because of space of the the 6inch bricks. But the Aluminium guy is insisting that we instal burglar proofs before nets, saying it will not be possible to repair nets when there’s new for repairs. Do I that will meen I have to make adjustments on the burglar proofs again which is extra cost.
Is this claim true that you can never instal burglar proofs after net?
I want to believe the Aluminium guy doesn’t wants to do the nets now probably because he needs more time. He might just want me to just go ahead with bricklayers first so save him more time.
What’s your opinion about casements/nets/burglar proofs? Thanks.

Renewable energy is the way to go. I wonder why our major sources are still through gas turbines and hydro with technological advancement running amok all over the world? Gas and hydro are not renewable!

What happened to Solar plants and wind turbines? These are the major renewable energy sources with zero emissions.

Why can't government make standardised solar generation kits available and affordable to private homes (like cable tvs and mobile fines?).

Let people (who chose to) generate their individual power (through solar and wind turbines) while government face industrial consumers.

My first landlord as a married man almost turned us into house helps. My wife (and my neighbor's wife) must sweep the compound everyday while his grown irresponsible children trash the compound without doing anything. Calls us men to weed the compound every Saturday despite paying for it.
I made sure he smelt pepper before eventually giving him the middle finger though.
Since then, I made sure I don't rent any flat with a live-in landlord.
