pls what about the coal city monorail that was proposed since middle 2010,and commissioner of works claimed work Will start frm 1st december 2010. Three years have passed which was the duration for the 1st phase to be completed and yet d construction has nt commenced. Have chime forgotten or abandoned d project.. Pls someone should help me and tell d governor thats is the main and only project i'll like to see him complete. Can't wait to move around coal city with a high speed train
