And the church does not have branch in Aba? Sometimes we confuse ourselves with churches.
Well, what makes you think a church in Yenogoa has a branch in Aba? I attend a Megachurch in Lagos that has no branch anywhere in Lagos and beyond. So, if I relocate to a place like Edo State, should I then not look forward to where I can enjoy Godly family experience?

Church prostitution is your problem here. Baptism is once. Unless they are using customized bible. Church as the body of Christ should be one. Baptism is in the name of the father and son and holy spirit. Ask your pastor if his own Jesus is different from the Jesus Christ in River state. Shalom.
I honestly think u are not fair In your judgement. Baptism is once truly, but he said clearly that he relocated which is definitely not a basis for another baptism. However, to term that as church prostitution is uncalled for. You can use relocation as a basis for church prostitution
All he wanted to do is to find himself where he thinks he can be integrated into a family of God.Although the Pastor is not helping the situation either as he is already promoting religion..

I'm sorry to hear thissad but trust me NOT all girls are like this. Don't let them girls change ur actions otherwise they would spoil it for girls like ussmiley
Well, in my own opinion, I don't think I need all other girls as I can focus on one person at a time if I am truly in love. I just have to know when to let go because in loving another, u must have love yourself well enough to let go of the one (who seem insensitive to accept and appreciate the love) you have decided and chose to love. Being this insensitive, is common among 8 out of every 10 ladies.
Religion / Re: COZA Members Ask Pastor Biodun To Tell The Truth About The Sex Scandal by slimdick(m): 5:53pm On Aug 27, 2013
I can see how hypocrisy thrives in this situation. Where is d place of accountability for the Man of God not to be answerable to the congregation of God? As much as I don't believe and support that he should be condemned as the set-man of the church, he is inevitably accountable to the church hence the church has the right to ask questions, not for condemnation, but to support him if or when he is down. For him to be indifferent about this issue, even if his reputation is at stake, and taking what God said as his lifeline shows insensitivity and cowardice on his part and simply telling us that as a shepherd he can afford to loose his sheep. Let's do away with hypocrisy and approach God just as we are. He is willing and able to forgive us and cleanse us from all our unrighteousness. God bless His Church. My own view exclusively.

Fadelex: my problem is not falling into temptation, my problem is covering it up.... if this allegation were to be against a worker, d bro would have been suspended indefinitely, there's nothing to be ashamed of for the pastor so long he realizes his mistake and go back to God for forgiveness. pastor Dietrick Haddon has similar problem last year and even led to his divorce from his wife, but he did d right thing, he stepped down as a pastor, apologized to his followers and accepted the child from d other lady.
pastor biodun should clear d air once and for all...
Are u serious? Is that what actually happened to Dietrick and Damita Haddon? All I heard was irreconcilable differences... Na wa O...!

Romance / [b]how To Make An Offer He Can't Refuse:[b/] by slimdick(m): 2:26pm On Apr 19, 2013
[b]How To Make An Offer He Can't Refuse:[b/]

There are several ways to make a man commit totally to you in a
relationship. Here are 4 WEAK STRATEGIES LADIES USE on GUYS
that has failed to produce result everytime.
1. BEG HIM. This is what happens to a woman with low self
esteem. She has no understanding of who she is, what she’s got
and what she’s capable of becoming. She begs a man to love
her and get married to her. This is weak and pathetic. It is the
wrong way to go.
2. BUY HIM. This is when a woman wants to use material and
financial power to persuade a man top get married to her. This
method always fails.
3. SEDUCE HIM. This is when a woman uses sex to make the man
accept her and ask for her hand in marriage. The weakness with
this strategy is that sex is a very weak currency. It has no lasting
or staying influence on a man’s mind. A man who gets married to
you for the sex is on his way out the next best sex he gets. Also
note that for everytime you are together, if all you do is have
sex most of the time; he barely discusses with you and if he
does, they just shallow conversations, try and stop the sex and
get to know each other and if he refuses and insists on sex
mostly, then get out; he is not serious.
4. MANIPULATE HIM. This is when a woman comes up with a
scheme to lie, deceive and emotionally manipulate a man to
make a commitment to her. it usually fails when the man
discovers what the lady did. However, you can make him an offer
he can’t refuse. How do you do this?
HOW TO MAKE HIM AN OFFER HE CAN’T RESIST.
1. MAKE SURE THAT THE MAN LIKES YOU. If he doesn’t like you,
this exercise is a waste of your time. He must first like you.
2. FIND OUT WHY HE LIKES YOU. There’s something about you
that fascinates him, magnetizes him, attracts him, enthralls him.
There’s a reason why he likes you. Why does he like to be with
you and not with some other woman? Ask him nicely, ‘what do
you like about me?’ Make sure he tells you something specific.
Note it carefully. Don’t take it lightly. This will help you build a
place in his heart for you.
3. NOW BUILD THAT AREA OF YOUR LIFE TO ATTRACT HIM THE
MORE. If he likes you for your dress sense, then you should
focus on it. If he likes you because you are wise, then work on
increasing your wisdom level. Make an impression every time
you are with him. This will make him want to spend TIME with
you. Spending time with you helps to build your emotional
bond without pressure.
4. FIND OUT MORE ABOUT WHAT HE LIKES AND EXPAND YOUR
AREAS OF INFLUENCE ON HIS MIND. It may have started with your
dress sense, then he develops a liking for your conversational
or your spiritual intelligence. Improve yourself in these areas.
NOTE: There is something a man is searching for in a woman and
contrary to what popular magazines say, it is NOT all about sex.
The more time you spend with him, the more you discover what
is important to HIM specifically. All men are not the same. What
makes him tick? When you discover what is important to him,
each time you are with him, FOCUS on this one thing.
AND THE OFFER HE CAN’T REFUSE? Every man wants a good
woman. In a man’s mind, a good woman is one who understands
him enough to show him the way to his greatness. It’s as simple
as that. Let him realize, in very simple terms that you are that
woman. If he fails to get married to you, his future may be
uncertain. But with you, great possibilities await him in the
future. Say it. Show it. Live it. No man can refuse such an offer.
However, if he doesn’t make his move, he is not the one for
you.

Sports / Re: Why Did Most Nigerians Support Burkina Faso Against Ghana? by slimdick(m): 9:03am On Feb 08, 2013
Basic: Initially I wanted us to play Ghana in the finals and beat the daylight out of them. I felt they needed to be taught how to learn to keep their mouths shut when it comes to football.
With the Super Eagles' current form, I'm sure we'll whip Ghana if we play them in the final.
Secondly, I wanted the Eagles to take their pound of flesh from the Ghanians. So, at first, I wanted Ghana to qualify for the final.
But while watching the Ghana-B/Faso semi final, I changed my wish, for 2 reasons:
1. Burkina Faso outplayed them like mad and deserved to win.
2. The refree was obviously behind Ghana. So, out of sympathy, I supported BF.
In short, I didn't support BF out of fear of the Ghanians. In fact, BF will be tougher than Ghana in the final. The Ghanians have just been an average team so far, or maybe a little above average.
@basic, I totally support your view and in addition, Ghana always feel they have psychological edge over Nigeria; no thanks to their win over Nigeria in their last two encounters in which they won by a lone goal. However, in this tournament, their scoring instinct is so poor that they wouldn't mind to win by that controversial penalty they scored in the 12th minute, thus even if they win, they might still be playing like that thinking they will outshine the Super Eagles and that will be suicidal for them. Nevertheless, I supported the bf's simply for sake of their doggedness and unfair officiating towards them.

Mr John I. Nnorom, u no try at all. Why wait till now? Why the silence? With silence, we condemn scores of our neighbors to live in the shadows of death. Through silence, we give ourselves permission to practice what we pretend to abhor.

I look forward to that time when we'll resolve to carry that part of our national shame on our shoulders and solemly swear not to ever allow silence to have the last word.

God bless, Nigeria.
This is the word, simple!
