That's why I hate Ippis. People that are not on IPPIS platform has been paid which include Federal university that hasn't fully enrolled. Every other MDA's under Ippis hasn't been paid. This is sad.

Once a circular is out signed by the necessary authority be expecting your new salary by December this month.

Note that the circular came out on the 20th of November and salary being prepare on the 18th of every month and that is why the implementation couldn't start last month because salary has already prepared. Be expecting new salary this month of December.

Pls dis new minimum wage circular, is it still subject to deduction via VAT, pension, nhis etc

The training is not difficult. You will be train mostly on crime prevention and investigation. With a little combat training. The training is between 6 - 9 months. After passing out, you can go for advance combat training and weapon handling when you want to convert to the following departments; Mobile Police (MOPOL), Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU), SPU, Border Patrol etc or if you are going Foreign Peace Keeping Mission etc. You will also go for advance detective course if you want to be a detective. The basic salary for Constable is between 48 - 50k. Plus allowance (depending on the departments u are working), special duty allowance, guard duty allowance, free medical care and free medication for u and ur family under the NHIS, free accommodation, your pensions and entitlement when you retire which will be running into millions.

The increment cut across all level n salary structures
But the percentage may differ
Am certain ministry workers I.e those on CONPSS will have dsame 66% increase across level 1 to 17 cus they are the real people who earn dis 18k plus state workers
den those in other salary structures like conraiss, contiss, conauss etc will also get their own increase but might not be of same % as they have been earning 40 to 60k as ur minimum via different allowances like harzard, wardrobe allowance etc
cus I remember wen buu buu said they will go into negotiation with top salary earners

U can do the calculation by urself or wait for niwsc to release the template n circular which will serve as a guideline for implimention
