I believe the invitation letter should be signed and dated from the person who is inviting the applicant and if necessary and required by the Canadian Embassy, it should also be notarized. So your wife's signature may not be necessary. Also, the signature of the host should be identical to the authentic signature they use in Canada.

Two important dates for getting a Canada visa will be included/confirmed in the invitation letter. One is the date that assures the visitor’s entry to the country. The other date is the scheduled date on which the visitor plans to exit Canada. The invitation letter must mention the visitor’s ties, too. This implies that as your sibling, you will need to submit the birth certificates of both of you and pictures (if possible as little children to teenagers and not adults alone) as evidences

The least school fee now in canada is not less than $10000cad plus $20000cad compulsory cost of living, excluding application fee for course admission and visa, aside miscellaneous expenses like flight, e.t.c.
Now base on your profile, how would you be able to legitimately convince the VO on how you were able to acquire this? You must also convince the VO that you would come back. So are you ready for all these challenges?

To get a Master's program may be tough and challenging but it is still possible. On your case, there's little or no link between biochemistry and neuroscience because you aren't a direct medical student. You don't have a foundational background on brain studies. It would have been easier if you were a medical student willing to specialize in neurology. Again, what's your CGPA? Before some lecturers in abroad can even manage to respond to your email for consideration, you must show them a CGPA of at least 4 out of 5. The way you respond and how they seem to like your brilliancy will determine if you would be picked. Remember you are CONTENDING WITH GURUS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES FOR SPACE. Again, how many journals have you published? So if you have a very good CGPA of 4 and above, streamline your master's course to the area of your first degree to boost your chances because those who have solid foundational knowledge in NEURO with a very strong CGPA of 4.5 and above from other countries will drastically limit your chances. Another factor is study gap.

The amount she claims to earn must be consistent with her cash flow and be ready to explain any lump sum acquired that is far above her income.

What do you mean by siblings sponsorship? Is it in terms of visitation? Siblings can invite one another, regardless of their position in the family, as long as the one being invited can prove from the application submitted of SURE RETURN back to Nigeria

If she wants to claim business route, then she should be ready to provide evidences of the existing business.

Above all, her Family, financial and economic ties must be strong, so don't focus on one aspect alone.

I don't know the status of the business you didn't include in your first application with CAC. Is it registered? If yes, when? If it has been registered under CAC before your first denial, then you can't use it because you have to explain to the VO why you withheld it in your first application but have decided to use it now. Except the VO is willing to overlook it....Which is 50-50

The account name crediting the 2M monthly would determine how to strategically lay your claim. If it is not your name that appears as the creditor, you can claim you carry out business deals with them and they pay you every month. Get the company's letter head paper, write an agreement deal that you are consented to(even stating terms and conditions to make it look real) bill them invoices of the amount that you credit into your account. Don't make it to be permanently 2M. Let it fluctuate with a plus or minus...like 300k, depending on your discretion and ability.

Again, I don't know the nature of the two businesses and maybe there's any correlation. What was your first discipline? Can your first degree be linked to that other business generating 2M to make it appear there's a correlation between your discipline and the business generating you 2M since it is generating this huge. Do you have any trade or apprentice certificate of the business that generates 2M to just show or prove how you were able to acquire the knowledge to be able to carry out that contract with the XYZ company, even if there's no correlation between your first discipline and the business? For Instance, you can't be a carpenter and claim to be a mechanic, too. You must show how you were able to acquire both skills before you claim you can spread your knowledge on these two skills

But if it hasn't been registered or you just registered it after your first denial, you don't need to go through this process. You can still use it straightaway as a new business that you established after your first denial

In the last six months, asides my salary account from my employment (used in my previous application) and remittances of 550k from company ABC (company used in previous application) to my personal account
AND
For the past six month, there has been remittances of 2m monthly from company XYZ (company not stated in my previous application) into the same personal account.

How do I explain that source of income without stating that I own the business since I didn’t state the business in my previous application and it advisable to drop it to avoid inconsistencies??

For Instance, I want to explain in my LOE;

****I am engaged with Company XYZ and my monthly savings from my engagement with the company is 2m as seen on my personal bank statement. ****

Please, where did you get the medical results you are uploading😲? You said IRCC requested for your medicals right? If that should be the case, IRCC doesn't accept medical records submitted by applicants.

Currently, they have two ACCEPTABLE CLINICS (IOM AND QLIFE) where applicants medicals can be done. These clinics are the ones that would upload your medical results directly to IRCC and you can use any of the two.

Quickly book an appointment with either Qlife or IOM with the medical request letter from IRCC to enable them give you a closer date to come for your medical tests because you have 30 days from the date you received the medical request letter to let this accredited clinics forward your medical tests to them.

I have already attached IOM.

In my opinion, for young aspiring youth like you(with no STRONG Family, financial and economic ties) willing to relocate, I advise you go through study in Europe. Canada is not a child's play.

To go to canada through visit with weak family, financial and economic ties is almost impossible.

If you would like to go through PR, you need to evaluate your credential(first degree) through WES. Even though your IELTS is quite okay, I fear your work experience from your year of graduation may limit your chances of obtaining high CRS score.

You have made no mistake. The new portal asks questions in the form of a questionnaire, eliminating the need to download and upload forms. All you have to do is to supply the information.

If this is your first application, then you have no UCI number, yet. You will get your UCI number only after your first application payment. Your UCI number will come with your biometric instruction letter

Normally, all 3 ties- family, financial and economic are put into consideration. Being single and not having parents is considered A WEAK FAMILY TIE, and if your siblings are adults, they can't be your dependent, thereby, they are considered WEAK.

I believe if you have A VERY VERY STRONG FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC TIES, your family tie as being single may be overlooked. Imagine earning like 1M monthly
and you have fixed assets, investments, your own
house e.t.c. I believe the VO can't deny you because
you are single. If you can LEGITIMATELY PROVE your strong financial and economic ties, coupled with your siblings, then your application should fly for approval. You can use the pictures of you and your siblings during your parents burial.

Take your time to work on your financial and economic ties and be ready to tender your evidences for every claim.

It took 6 working days and I only submitted my U.S visa.

In my humble opinion, it is not as complicated as you believe. If the second business had been registered with CAC before you submitted your first application, then I will suggest you drop it and maintain your ABC company with the business you used in your first application.

If I were you, I wouldn't rush to apply as I will use the next 2-3 months to build my economic and financial tie with the business you indicated in your first application. It is strategy. The account will be flowing with in and out of cash. Invoices and receipts with my customized company name will be available to tender to the VO. For instance, if I issue an invoice of 300k to a customer, I will make sure that 300k enter my account the date the invoice was issued and the name on the invoice tally with the creditor. If I buy products and received 1M receipts, I will ensure 1M leaves my account the day my receipt was issued. If you can't do it alone, your siblings or family members or trusted friends can help you run your account. Meanwhile, be smart!!! The account name crediting your account must tally with whatsoever name on your invoice.

While you maintain your ABC company, submit your work ID, payslip and your salary account. Your leave letter must be inclusive. Let your leave dates tally with your intended month of travel. For instance, if your leave is 30 days, let your intended stay in Canada be 10-15 days and falls within your leave period.

Do you have assets(fixed, landed, building, investment, car, e.t.c)? If yes, then include the evidences in your application.

For your family tie- are you married? If yes, use your husband and children. Are you single? Use your parents and make it look like you are the air they breathe.

Above all, PRAY FOR GRACE TO SPEAK.

Have you got any admission offer? If yes, please go ahead and submit your study visa application if your docs are ready. Your yet to receive visit visa won't have any effect on your study visa application except you shoot yourself in the leg with misrepresentation and/or inconsistencies. I hope you know what the agent filled in your VV application and the documents he submitted so that you won't contradict yourself while filling and submitting your docs for your study visa.

Besides, when in August did you go for biometric? Most likely, your visit visa decision might come first before your study visa decision looking at the month you submitted your application, except otherwise

In my own opinion, why didn't you include your two businesses in your first application? Perhaps, it would have boost your economy tie in your previous application if you had included them, aside your ABC company job. In order to avoid your inconsistency, If your two businesses are registered under CAC AFTER your denial, then you may go ahead and use them to further strengthen your economic tie. If they aren't registered till now, you may show invoices and receipts of the business transactions from AFTER your denial, i.e. if you would like to use them(the two businesses).

Still maintain your ABC company job and don't forget to indicate your canada and us denial i.e. if you have had a US denial after your first application.

Also avoid MISREPRESENTATION in your second application. Don't let anything be contradictory between your first and second application. If you indicated a-z in your first application, ensure you maintain filling the same a-z in your second application EXCEPT you have recent documents to back up any achievements you had after your denial. For instance, if you are single in your first application but now married (after your denial), before you can change your status on your application, you need to attach your marriage certificate and wedding pics as an authentic prove to effect the changes between your first and second application. This doesn't come with MISREPRESENTATION OR INCONSISTENCY.

Finally, what was the reason for your refusal? Tackle it in your second application. Work STRONGLY on your ties- Family, financial and economic ties. Ensure you make the VO see your sure return.

This is just an unproven assumption. Based on the screenshot below, the application is exactly 6 months but just got response for denial. The biometric was done 25th of August, whereas, I have seen one October applicant got approved (though not on this thread) without history of US visa. Everything is all about GRACE and not the lengthy waiting period

Just be hopeful that it will come, regardless of the time frame.

That means you will have to indicate only on your bro official invitation letter that you would be sponsoring him fully. He alone would submit your bank statement as part of his documents (including evidence of being siblings like birth certificates of both of you, pictures, e.t.c.) BUT he still needs to show his ties in Nigeria, strongly- family, financial and home ties. Everything on his documents must show he would return. In fact, having a US Visa, either past or current would fast track his visa approval as fast as 15 days. Let him submit any travel history he had in the past, too. Start his application now even if you re-consider inviting him for summer and not the birthday because no one can guarantee when a decision can be made. It is better if he had his visa already ahead of his intended travel month

For the rest that you wouldn't be sponsoring(i.e. if you still wish to invite them for your birthday), please give out your official invitation letter and birthday invitation to them quickly so they can start processing their visa application. Some people that applied last year August haven't received decision by now.

You would need to give them an official invitation letter individually, indicating their biodata, relationship, reason for invitation, duration and where the invitee would stay(please check ircc official website on how to go about writing your invitation letter). Then you would also give them your special birthday invitation card (with each of their names imprinted on the card). It is these two alongside other docs (like bank statement, proof of occupation, prove of family, financial and economic tie, e.t.c. All these are to be provided by the invitees) that they would submit to the embassy for visa.

I hope those you are inviting are those that are financially gallant who wouldn't blink an eye crossing the Atlantic to spend millions just for birthday(in VO's mind) because flight currently is 3M and depending on the accommodation availability ( whether you are lodging them and paying for their hotel or they would have to pay themselves). If you would be responsible for their lodging (even if not all), then you must be ready to show your bank statement to prove you are capable to the embassy.

I will suggest you start now so that they can quickly apply for their visa. Don't be surprise some of them won't get response from the embassy until the birthday is over.

You can open a tracker to track your application but sometimes, it's not always accurate. They can issue a decision and not update the tracker a dime and sometimes, one could trace their application progressiveness. Now if the agent didn't use your email, then forget tracking at your end.

if only you had applied yourself, you can raise a webform requesting for update on your application.

Meanwhile, you have no choice other than to wait patiently till your agent tells you your decision is out.

In my opinion, it depends on the number of days you intend staying in Canada and with the way naira has drastically devalued(1800/$1) and devaluing further, I will suggest 12-15M or at least 10M(God help you if naira didn't slide to 2000/$1 after submission with 10M). Cost of flight alone is 3M (excluding hotel, feeding and miscellaneous) and may be more from these airlines with the continuous devaluation of naira. Even with this amount, don't fill in more than 7 days as your intended stay in your application form because the higher your stay, the higher your budget on your POF. Just be strategic!!!

Remember you must also show to the VO your account will not be empty when the cost of travel is deducted. You can't spend about 5-6M (including flight, hotel booking, feeding and miscellaneous) and have 1-2M left. That's silly-(in VO's mind). A wise person would try to have at least more than the amount you spent on your visit in your balance.

To be honest, 4M is very low with the way naira devalued drastically without looking back a bit. With the way naira is now, 4M could be your return flight ticket alone if flight ticket initially was peg at 3M before naira fell to 1800/$1 as at today. How about hotel fee and feeding? You still need to have substantial balance left after the VO removes costs of travel. Remember, we don't know where Naira is devaluing to so the more naira depreciate, the more the naira in your account devalues to the VO for your purpose of travel

In my own opinion, what you claim you do (occupation) could help. If you have a very good and stable job and you were able to defend it in your application, then the closing balance may be overlooked. Again, if you had a very good cash flow(huge in and out of money, i.e. credit and debit) in your bank statement and not just a lump sum deposit to acquire your 4M, the closing balance 4M may be overlooked.

Another thing is to submit an updated 6 month bank account with about 8-10M through webform i.e. if only you have been building your account from the time of submission. If you have withdrawn your 4M or is far less, don't implicate yourself by submitting your SOA anymore with the intention of depositing the 8-10M in your account because they would believe you used the initial 4M for demonstration purposes. In fact, don't bother crediting your account with lump sum to cover up the missing 4M. If you submit a new updated account, they will first trace the 4M and the cash flow in your account after you submitted yourapplication in November. Don't forget your updated bank account statement will now have to cover December, January and February. The VO will judge your financial status within these 3 months

For instance, if you have withdrawn the money to like 400-500k with little or no deposit coming in and all of a sudden, you deposited lump sums towards the time you submitted the new SOA, it will appear suspicious as demonstration purposes and that is a redflag. Also, you need to explain CONVINCINGLY how the new lump sum came into being with strong evidence(s). Don't tell me you will tell them you sold your properties for visiting either conference or tourism purpose.

Last option... pray that naira should be strengthen back to like 700/$1 so your 4M can have value for your purpose of travel because I am a believer of miracle
