Most tech jobs here are english speaking jobs because most tech and softwares are majorly built in english

I graduated with a 2.2 in Pure and Applied Physics in 2010. I will really like to relocate to Germany. The working experience I have all these years is on teaching. Although, I applied for a german visit visa in 2016 as a self employed caterer, but I was denied. I again applied for visiting visa on the 28th of Feb this year also as a self employed caterer and was denied again. I wrote an appeal letter and was a bit considered because I was told to bring further supporting docs relating to my CAC certificates and 6months bank statement, I only submitted the ones I have as the rest they requested was not applicable to the nature of my business registration name, as a sole proprietor(FIRS Company allied Matter Act..... and FIRS tax Clearance certificate). I submitted the ones I have exactly 2weeks ago and I'm yet to get any response from them. Pls, can u suggest for me how I can get a job in physics field. Also, since embassy is aware that I cater (although, I submitted my educational certificates to show that I'm a graduate), won't there be any contradiction if I'm applying for a work visa at the embassy, peradventure I later get a job in Germany (now that embassy is aware I'm a caterer). Moreover, if favour is on my side and I get my one month visiting visa, how do u think I can utilize it in getting a good job in Germany. Thank u

pls I would like to aply for UK visa. I just registered my business last month. I have bin into catering since I graduated. I have my tin from firsc. I have a current acct but not on my business name, I also have savings acct. I have been to LIRS to make enquiries abt tax n was told I will pay for last yr n dis year. I was told 5100/ year for tax as a caterer. Pls on my CAC letter, I also included general merchandise. I have gud FAM ties. My elder sis who work in a good federal agency wants to get loan of abt 3m from co operative at her place of work to assist me with my application. She will make a copy of d cheque bfor submitting it for d cash so dat I can have proof at d embassy that it is genuine and not fake money lodgement. she will also write letter of assistance for me together with my applicatn. I would like to be importing cake equipments. I will apply for 7days as a first timer. my elder sis is still single n has no financial commitment. I am also single, almost 30 n no kids. pls wen is d right time for my sis to pay d money into my acct bfor printing my stat of acct n also before applying for visa. I only have one month VAT dat I just paid. pls wot are my chances if getting my visa. lest I forget, I have trade test cert with me that I am a caterer. plss suggestion pls

We created another profile and reviewed it very carefully before submission, taking note of superchi's advice but on checking our status this morning, it was disappointing to see "Not eligible for Express Entry" AGAIN on our MyCIC status.

I wish someone had told me this earlier...but it's all good.

Checked my status on ICAS today and it read "Report Sent by Courier".

Today marked exactly 7 MONTHS that my application was received by ICAS; in effect, it took them SEVEN WHOLE MONTHS to evaluate my qualifications.

If I had used WES, it shouldn't have taken this long. BTW, it has been a long time that I visited this thread. The long wait for ICAS really dampened my enthusiasm but the good thing is that I can now enter the pool.

Those who are already ahead, please help with practical tips on the EE.

The expiry of a police certificate is one year. Since you are applying for Express entry which also last for one year, i would advice you apply for it now.

So that u can upload even for provincial nominee.

Clarify if what they mean by family is the family you are born into or family dependants. It is dependants you need to show pof for not your parents and siblings. Would have been able to advise better but I don't remember much which section you had to answer that question. If it's in the process of filling your details after you've gotten EE Number and the profile is eligible, then you should be able to modify

I was asked when I checked my eligibility to get my ref code. As the principal applicant(single), i chose a family of 6 (as zandora suggested) to get my ref code n I used it to get mycic acct. Now I got anoda ref code with a family of one to recreate anoda mycic acct. it's the second one I now used to create my EE profile. Even in d EE profile, (under how many family members I have, including myself, I still chose one again), since am d principal applicant. So, av not involved my parents n siblings into my application. So please, hope am still correct.

go to immigration office at ikoyi(pls it's not d passport issuance branch). I think alagbon or so. dat was where I had mine done last year. from obalende, take a bus or keke napep and alight at Secretariat. d police station is not far from immigration office. dis is my kobo.

You count all and then there's another section where you'll be asked if they will be coming with you. However know that regardless of if they'll be coming with you or not you'll still have to show proof of funds for all your family members.

Secondly, has anyone (living outside Canada) tried applying for a PNP program? Can he/she give a brief summary of the process, name of Province, outcome etc. Do you need a job offer to apply for PNP? I have tried searching for answers to the questions but each provinces have different program/process and some answers are rooted in obscurity. I also do not mind being referred back to an earlier page. Thanks!

pls i just applied into the pool and my profile is ineligible after being eligible in the questionnaire and also i cannot modify. so i created another ee profile still the same problem. statistics, principal applicant 28yrs, 6yrs exp, ielts 6.5band, proof of fund 25k, eca done @ bachelor degree, spouse too bachelor degree. I think the reason y u were rejected was because ur total points was low. I advice u to retake ur Ielts and obtain good bands so as to increase your chances of bin eligible.

Hello Duppy Show, What is the significance of Evaluating OND, BSC and MBA separately? Can you please point me to somewhere I can read it up on there site?

To my own understanding, if u av ur MBA, i'll suggest u evaluate it. It will give u additional marks because its higher Dan BSC, which is ur first degree. For ur OND, it is equivalent to a diploma, which implies u now av two certificates for evaluation (either ur BSC and OND) or ( MBA and ur OND ). but if u av evaluated ur BSC and haven't evaluated ur MBA, pls do so, cos it will get u additional marks too, otherwise, u go for ur BSC and OND alone, if u don't have MBA.

Pls I need your advice on this one. I had my Bsc evaluated late last year by WES but I couldn't meet up with the deadline for last year's program. My IELTS result was W-7.5, S-7.5, L-7.5, R-8.5 and it's really sad I couldn't get up to 8.0 in listening as this has prevented me from getting the highest possible score that comes with language proficiency. I have been considering writing another IELTS exam and also evaluating my OND result by WES to boost my overall points. It may take me about 3 mnths to go about my OND evaluation with WES sending my transcript and all that.

My question now are as follows;
1) Will WES treat my OND result as a fresh case i.e charging me the full amount or is there a discount considering they have done my Bsc before?
2) Is it really worth evaluating in terms of extra points I would get?
3) Is it really worth sitting for another IELTS exam considering my previous scores?
