darefestus: What is this submit SOA, submit SoA I keep reading here nowadays sef. His case is simple, his sponsor he should get a co sponsor to fix some money on his behalf and give him his SOA and his trv is sure.
The family friend that got medical last month didnt submit a SOA and got his @ darefestus, I agree with you, it wasnt his SOA, he was refused because the 5m is not ebough and no other sponsor, I think he should get 1 or2 more co sponsors. |

ada4all: Hi guys. Thanks for showing concern at my plight. I really appreciate. I will work on refiring immediately. i will suggest you get a nigerian co sponsor, having one sponsor at times is not enough for VOs especially if is not a nuclear family member with very huge SOA now staying in another country may be an issue, get some one that can co sponsor here as well and work on your SOP. good luck |

justicia: I really wish I could retain my Dad buh his account has been seriously depleted. From 3.8M to 1.9M. Again, the acct has remained the same bcs he is retired and there is no other source of income. And I can't put my own little funds in his acct cos I too must print my SoA to show I have money to leave for my wife n daughter when I travel. @ then if your aunt account is huge, drop your dad and add her. best of luck |

justicia: @all and @Kacchiz and anyone delayed for insufficient funds only. Pls how did u tackle it. Did u change ur sponsors or they just beefed up their acct. Was delayed on May 4, planing to reapply by May 25. I intend to replace one of my sponsors because his acct has been seriously depleted. I used my Dad n Uncle b4, wana use my Aunt (abt 19M in SoA) and the same Uncle (to beef up SoA to abt 8M) now. Considering using only my Aunt buh I feel retaining one of the sponsors will help. pls review. @ Justicia, I think you should retain the two initial sponsors and add your aunt as the 3rd one. try and see how your dad account can be beefed up a little as well. |

Waledarep: Good day house, Please I need an answer to this Asap
I have a choice of choosing between one of these people as my Co-sponsor 1. My Maternal uncle that want to give me his Company SOA(one man business though), Sponsorship letter and Certificate of the company registration 2. An outsider, a government official that will give me his personal SOA, Payslip, Employment letter, Sponsorship letter. Please kindly advice on the best among the two.
Also, if am to use my uncle, what other document(s) should I requested for again aside the SOA, Sponsorship letter and Certificate of Registration? Thank You all. @waledarep, if the two pple are ready to sponsor, use the two, one as main sponsor n the other co- sponsor, it gives better chance when one has more than a sponsor. |

@ waledarep, the documents are not missing or did not fall off anywhere, they simply removed and kept for confirmation of your info in case you re apply in the nearest future. moreover, they have right to withhold any document submitted for visa processing cos they belong to them. could you state their exact reason(s) for the delay?quote author=Waledarep post=32715830]
It's really a funny matter indeed to be sincere. The Sponsorship letter from my brother and the 3 References that are also addressed to the Embassy were returned back. Am just being curious about knowing the actual Loophole so I can know the Right way to tackle the stuff when I REFIRE.[/quote] |

@hayqinsbFX, it is stated thus: minimum of 12mths, Maximum of 24mths. to be completed latest by August 31 2017. this variably means that one can complete it in 12mths or stress it till 24mths. just confused of the mths to write. i have intention of putting 12mths or 16mths so as to reduce cost of study. the scholarship that i was given covers a yr full tuition, while if one doesn't complete in tht 1 yr, then i will have to pay continuous fee of abt $1300 per term hayqinsbFX: 24months or what's stated on you letter of acceptance |

Haustraliah: It wont affect only if you had indicated some changes on your new application. Convince the VO on your home ties, asset, purpose of visit (purpose of visit i.e is your current course tally with previous? or with your work experience after graduation, i think your CV should solve that} some change field of studies based on their current occupation, so they feel like taking new path, its ok. You may choose any route, your profile is on their data base, it dose not make any changes or add more chances, its your choice. Moreover, your scholarship will only give u an edge on financial aspect. it dose not guarantee VISA. Best to do is a proper assignment and make proper changes on your new application, make no mistakes. If applied 10 times without amendment or proper changes from previous application, application may still be refused. So take time on your application, save money, effort time, and strength Good luck. @ Haustraliah, thanks for the advise. the only reason they gave then was insufficient fund may be because, I just guessed,my hubby was the only sponsor. on this new app, the program is for minimum of 12mths residence and max 24mths, meaning I cld finish the program btw 12mths and 24mths, what do you advise I put on the 'length of study' column? |

hello house,
the school I got admitted to offered me scholarship, the amount was only written on the acceptance letter there is no other letter to that effect. is this okay or there should be a different letter to state it? can I go ahead and use it as porof of scholarship for my TRV? |
