na anxiety cause am truly, mine initially read 150/90, when I got back to my location I rechecked it read 120/80. but wat really caused mine was stressed and anxiety. the day I got call from Army HQ was the day I rushed to get the remaining items I will need in NDA, that same day I left Abeokuta for Kaduna journey. if I had known it will affect my BP I would have taken right precarious. Na anxiety cox am bro. Am having similar problem, my bp reads an average of 113/65 at home but, for hospital d stuff go go d read 140/90
My doctor tell me say ma show hospital for scanning.

I think u should do d same, go hospital tell dem say u get BP issues make dem carry out test on yr kidney and liver etc. Make we no jst conclude say na anxiety.

To repair damage is more costlier dan preventing damage.
