helinues: Apart from Peter Obi contesting as VP in 2019, president in 2023, the last local election Peter Obi won in Anambra was when he was a sitting governor. After his tenure, he couldn't win any local election for PDP, same goes for LP and now ADC
That begs the question, what's the political relevancy of Peter Obi in Anambra state. He campaigned for those 2 candidates yet loss
Victor Oye and Bianca OJukwu's curse. Until Obi returns to APGA, he would keep losing.
Rich4god: There are two major groups terrorising the people of SE.
1)UGM 2) Nigerian security forces. Both soldiers and police.
Security men will claim to arrest you, but in the actual sense, they are kidnapping you. If you fail to pay ransom, you might not make it out.
They break into your house or pick you along the road, or in a bar/club or kidnap you while driving.
This are mostly rampant in imo and Anambra.
And Fulani. But UGM shich are mainly Igbos is the worst. I was at a party yesterday and discussing with a good friend of mine from Imo state. He was building a house in his villa before the IPOB UGM menace started. Now he is stuck after sinking 150 million naira in the mansion. He said he does not know when he would be able to complete it due to insecurity.
Ironically, he is from the same LGA as the governor.
Just like in every country, there are always two strong political party US: Republican and Democrat Uk: Conservatives and Liberal Canada: Conservative and Liberal South Africa: ANC and DA Ghana: NPP and NDC E.t.c. Nigeria is no difference. For the coalition to work, PDP or other mushroom political party must be kpaid.

Betanaija42moro: This is very funny. Obi and his party LP is not on the ballot, so why are you giving yourself sleepless night?

MaliCampus: Lol,Last time you all cried that Obi got 99% vote in Anambra presidential election, now you all are saying nobody vwill vote obi because he's a fairlure,.Na Lagos result I dey wait for again, Obi need to teach Tilumbu another lesson in Lagos. 2027 it Obi or nothing.
Thats right. Thats why Peter Obi's candidate, GRV, is now the governor of Lagos state.
omenka: If his judgement isn't good enough for Anambra, why should it be good enough for any other state or the entire federation?? Are you people even listening to yourselves!!
Gringori goes to other states to campaign for governorship candidates and you people all throw your weight behind such a candidate, but back at home, you reject the same choice he makes! Just imagine what you guys are saying.🤣🤡🤡
It confirms that Peter Obi is nothing more than a tribal candidate. He cant even influence Local elections in his home state of Anamba because they igbos dont rate him, but they somehow want us to trust him for federal - a real gbajue behavior.
Pre-thumbprinted ballot papers already marked in favour of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) have been intercepted at Aguata High School, Ekwulobia, in Anambra State.
The ballot papers, allegedly prepared for smuggling into the ballot box during the ongoing Anambra South Senatorial by-election, were seized on Saturday.
Donald Amamgbo is the ADC candidate in the election.
The party was recently adopted by former Anambra State governor and 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, along with other opposition figures ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Off-cycle elections are going on today across different states in Nigeria including Kaduna, Kano, Ogun, and Oyo states.
