I think Ohaneze Ndigbo should order the Igbo businesses that are the so called "developers" of the Lagos economy to return to the South East where they are genuinely needed.

In five years, they will build another Lagos in the East & reverse the migration westwards.

Refineries are best managed by private organizations. Government should ideally not be involved in carbon energy trading.

All past administration including the present should not have invested into them. Just sell them to private investors.
