Tinubumustgo: Same as Badoo. What has olamide contributed to the lives of the same Lagos state citizens aside entertainment?
Aside the fact that Olamide (Baddo) is from Bariga, Lagos state, while Charly Boy is from Imo state. (I dont know his local government of Origin).
Olamide Adedeji was everywhere promoting Lagos State locally and internationally. He did a track “I Love Lagos” to promote the State. This song is, till today, one of the many hit tracks of Olamide Badoo.
The other man, Charley Boy, constantly denigrates the state. He is always at the forefront of any event or agenda that can bring down Lagos and the Yoruba people.
Charly boy loves his people just as we also love ours. As he is advocating for Igbo political academies, global Igbo solidarity platforms, etc, we will also advocate for a Lagos where culture and the heritage of Yoruba people will be protected.
He is right to protect his people, Yorubas are also right to protect their people, culture, heritage, and the land.
Thank you Olamide for all you do. Take your flower, and your bus stop - Badoo Bus Stop!
owobokiri: Igbophobia has made a lot of our fellow kwantiri men ready to cut off their nose in order to spite their faces.. Parochial upstarts masquerading as vintage patriots. If you accuse them of ethnic baiting, they will say it has nothing to do with ethnicity.
That's how one commissioner under Sanwo Olu woke up one morning and started pulling down peoples houses because "they were built on waterways". Meanwhile, his fellow citizens are living ontop of their feaces at ilaje and co. He chose not to see that.
This country must be reorganised. Totally and fundamentally. You can't continue to hate a people with so.much gusto whike insisting that you stay in the same country with them. We must all ronu to the last point..
happney65: You should go and cover your face in shame with the nonsense you sent
The "Before" was how Lagos was all throughout Tinubu's tenure.
The "After" was 10years after Tinubu left government. The person that did it sef,you sent him out of government and you didn't allow him to do a second term
It is unfortunate when you want to claim Ambide's achievement 10years after Tinubu left government as his.
And talking about the LG,some of these Lagos LG make so much than most states. As in what they make, most states do not even receive it in federal allocation. You heard that right? And it has been that way since Lagos became the commercial centre of Nigeria
Two simple question. 1) Who created LAMATA? 2) Who brought Fashola, Ambode and Sanwo Olu
Obidients and sense are like two parallel lines that can NEVER meet.
eagleu: You can do better anti-Igbo news research. Someone presenting as Ngozi may not even be Igbo, but since you want to earn some quick hate-Igbo currency, go ahead and please your poor soul.
eagleu: This is what the office Nigerians in Diaspora is cordinatin- attack and hatred against ndIgbo. Most of these tribalistic bloggers probably work for Abike. She used to push these fake news herself, now faceless tribal bigots do it for her--- can you see the connection? Anyway, it wouldn't happen if President Tinubu directly or Indirectly doesn't support it. Remember Remi Tinubu's outburst against Igbos, Onanuga, and others? This is what happens when there's a reward for whosoever will show the worst hatred for Igbos!
The Nigerian passport has recorded its highest ranking in five years, rising to 88th place out of 199 in the latest Henley Passport Index released on July 18.
The index is updated regularly based on exclusive data from the International Air Transport Authority (IATA) and expert analysis on the latest shifts in passport power.
Nigeria shares the 88th spot with Ethiopia and Myanmar—the same countries it was grouped with earlier this year when ranked 91st.
But despite the ranking boost, it still grants visa-free access to only 45 countries, limiting travel freedom much as it did last year when it ranked 92.
In July 2023, Nigeria was placed at the 90th spot on the list but fell to the 97th position, below African countries like Burundi, Cameroon, and Liberia later that year.
In 2022, it was named the 98th best passport, rising from a low ebb of 103rd in 2021.
The latest Henley Passport Index ranked Nigeria only above six African countries—Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), South Sudan, Sudan, Eritrea, Libya, and Somalia.
This mirrors last year’s pattern.
Meanwhile, Seychelles retained its position as Africa’s most powerful passport but fell to the 24th position globally with access to 156 nations.
In March, the island nation sat at the 22nd spot.
Singapore remained the most powerful passport, with access to 193 nations, while Afghanistan still held last, with access to 25 countries.
The United States—which held the number one position back in 2014—slipped down to the 10th place in the rankings.
Contrary to what the ADC and Obidient online mob are telling you, President Bola Tinubu has not borrowed $20.5 billion, nor has the Senate approved for the Tinubu administration to take a loan of that amount.
These individuals and the politicians and parties they represent are professional misinformers and disinformers, skilled in twisting simple narratives to turn you against your country and government.
For the avoidance of doubt, President Bola Tinubu is not about to borrow $21 Billion. The MTEF contains the borrowing plan for both the Federal and State Governments for the next three years.
In other words, the $20.5 billion is what the Federal Government and the 36 states can borrow over the next three years.
That amount is not what they will borrow. The $20.5 billion is what they can borrow should the worst become the worst. They are not even likely to take those loans. It is just a framework for what is possible.
For example, while the MTEF provides for extensive borrowings in 2025, only $1.23 billion will actually be borrowed. And that $1.23 billion will be borrowed by both the Federal and state governments from all geopolitical zones.
The MTEF only shows possible borrowing that Nigeria is entitled to based on agreements with our external borrowing partners, which must align with the Fiscal Responsibility Act 2007 and the Debt Management Office. (Establishment) Act 2003.
The Borrowing Rolling Plan ties possible borrowings by the Federal and State Governments to specific projects.
For actual borrowings, Nigerians should look at the budgets of both the Federal and State Governments.
Therefore, the sensational headlines and social media posts indicating that President Tinubu is to borrow $20.5 billion are fake and alarmist.
Again, I urge Nigerians to read the MTEF and the 2025 Appropriation Act.
President Bola Tinubu is a First-Class Cum Laude accountant adept at securing finances at the best rates from the most suitable lenders and for the right purposes.
Under such a skilled professional hand, one who has worked in the highest levels at both the private and public sectors, Nigerians can expect their national debt to reduce, not increase.
Finally, Nigerians should note that many opposition media and influencers know that many of our people sadly do not read and are, therefore, susceptible to manipulation via misinformation and propaganda.
Thus, I urge the public to read as much as possible and verify from official sources before they make conclusions based on sensational headlines.
Another police source told SaharaReporters that the suspect and the mother of the children, was arrested at the scene without resistance.

Although, the Enugu State Police Command in its usual conspiracy of silence has yet to issue official statement on the incident, police sources at the Trans-Ekulu Division who arrested the suspect, confirmed the unfortunate incident to SaharaReporters on Wednesday, describing it as "shocking".
One of the sources told SaharaReporters that the tragic incident happened on July 21 at about 9am when the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Trans Ekulu received a distress call. "Officers were immediately dispatched to the scene.
"On arrival, the operatives met the lifeless bodies of Esther Arinze, aged 4-year-old old and Chibusoma Arinze, aged four months in their pool of blood. Both victims reportedly bore marks of violence, suspected to have been inflicted with a sharp object. The scene was cordoned off, and forensic photographs were taken before the suspect was taken into custody," the source said.
The source noted that bodies of the children were taken to the Enugu State University Teaching Hospital (ESUT), Parklane, where they were certified dead by a medical doctors. "Their bodies have since been deposited at the hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy."

Kingsasian: They need you to bribe them, gather small 50k and see wonders happen. I am a graduate of Uniben too. Ordinary transcript didn't take 3 weeks for me to get and waybilled despite that i didn't go near the school since I graduated in 2015. Gather some funds, get contact of someone working in the ict at Akindeko Hall (auditorium) na you go see say you dey waste time since
The solution right. Also, promise extra money should the person complete the process. Else they may still collect your money and do nothing.
