The "Before" was how Lagos was all throughout Tinubu's tenure.

The "After" was 10years after Tinubu left government. The person that did it sef,you sent him out of government and you didn't allow him to do a second term

It is unfortunate when you want to claim Ambide's achievement 10years after Tinubu left government as his.

And talking about the LG,some of these Lagos LG make so much than most states. As in what they make,most states do not even receive it in federal allocation. You heard that right? And it has been that way since Lagos became the commercial centre of Nigeria
