The law was given to Moses to deliver to the Jews. This laws were given principally to the Hebrew people as a guide on how to live their lives. It is non binding on non Jews and St Paul called the Law a shadow of things to come.it allowed the Jews to shed blood and kill. Modern day Judaism still follows these sets of Laws.

Our Jesus ushered in the gospel of grace. he taught us that an eye for an eye is wrong. He taught us never to revenge. He taught us not to marry more than one wife or divorce our wives as is allowed in some religions. He taught that God never intended those laws for the Jews but for their stubbornness.

Everything you quoted was Judaism not Christianity. Jesus is the author of Christianity and teaches love. Don't quote Judaism. The Luke you quoted was out of context. Jesus never advocated killing a fellow human. He usually taught in parables to simplify his teaching to a largely illiterate audience. He was telling a story. The talk about killing there was part of the story not something he championed.
