umerah1996: https://mymedical.iom.int/apps/omas/#_frmGetInTouch Click on the drop down menu on the left. Select 'contact' and then 'get in touch'. Send them a message from here, they'll respond. I was able to reach them via this, after trying for days. 1 Like |

justwise: You don't understand. People have succeeded....Yes! But that's for plab 2 not by saying you're going for plab 1 cos we have centres here. Its not a hidden fact! Every doctor knows this...The chances are slim. @justwise You need confirm if that thread was for plab 1 or 2 Plab2 is only written in the UK thus, you must travel. She can send a message and I'll add her to the WhatsApp group for doctors in Nigeria taking plab so she can ask her questions there. There are over 1000 doctors that are in the process/done and working in the UK, so I'm sure they'll advice her. |

imback: In her cover letter she can state that the exam is written twice a year outside the UK (March and November) and that would mean her waiting for months...though I must tell u they frown at the idea of u traveling to the UK for plab 1. 2. Her wanting to take plab 1 means she's a qualified doctor. Notwithstanding, Yes u can fully sponsor her trip. But would be nice if she can also present her bank statement too. Hope this helps |

Good morning house Please I'm disturbed about my application. I intend applying soon for a medical exam but being single, no travel history, no landed property plus the fact I'm the one sponsoring myself is getting me really scared. I've attached birth certificates of my kid brothers, letter from my mother stating she's aware of my trip. I'll also attached bank statement, employment letter, etc. I have enough money to cover my trip but I know that's not the only thing they take into consideration. I'm just worried about this ties back home. Please house what else can I add? Thanks |

ekpotek: Okay, thanks. The only problem with the utility bill is that the meter to my apartment isn't in my name nor the landlord's name. I think the past occupant purchased it. My landlord stays in same compound so, is it okay if i get his recent utility bill alongside a note stating we all share same meter? Though i pay utility bills[bank transfer] to him every 3months for security and waste disposal. I can equally write 'for utility bill' in the remark during the bank transfer and get a receipt from him. Is that okay? |

@Ekpotek Good morning. Please, can i submit a tenancy agreement in place of utility bill? Or both? Thanks. |

ekpotek: Thanks Ekpotek. I was really worried. Yes my grandparents names are on my official document. I don't want to change that. Was just worried about my grandma's name acting to be my mum on my age declaration. But thanks. I think i know how to go about it now. Truly appreciate the prompt response. |
