you are bereft of knowledge bro. i am a lagosian and i am happy with the develoment. after abuja, a situable location for an event of this kind is lagos. you can see a coherent message from the state govt informing its residence ahead of the event and telling them how to route it quickly to their various destinations. were it to be our otuoke man, he would have ordered a blockade four days before is arrival, not minding the commutings of the citizens.

babymama1, I'm not hearing from. i don't think that should be a problem. since you said undergraduates - yr 1, y2, y3, y4 0r ND1, ND2, HND1 HND2 students can apply, so what stops a National Diploma holder from applying?

after seeing the "subject to," i retracted my assertions. the op was right. what i'm just trying to say is that depreciation of land can be ameliorated if some certain measures are put in place. the bottom line, i must restress is that land is subject to depreciation as rightly cited by the op. often times, scholars of the same field counters each others' work, and that is the beauty of education. my explanation and contribution does not warrant all this accusation.

yea! Land is subject to depreciation, but it can be reversed!

in the general sense, land doesn't depreciate. Even if the land is used for croping, I know the land may lose nutrients over time, but that still doesn't diminish its value. Nutrients of land can be rekindled through the use of manures. And if peradventure the land user cannot wait for the fatalizing period, considering the months it will take for it to give effective result, the land can be used for live-stock farming. That is the dynamism of land. I stand to be corrected.

Fayose has been frustrated! The reduction is just temprorary - he will soon raise it even more than he met it. Ekiti doesn't have the financial muscle to fund the institution.
