ITS EASIER THAN YOU THOUGHT ✔️ One of my biggest fear while switching from consulting to the industry was “What if I cannot perform well?” Sometimes I ask myself what if I make a big mistake.�…. Well, upon discussing with a few people I got to understand that it’s called imposter syndrome. What I discovered is that If one keeps feeling that way, then it means there are very slim chances of getting bigger opportunities because you will be too comfortable with your current situation and will not be willing to take risks toward going out of that comfort zone. Fast forward to 2 years in the industry, everything looks easier than I thought. At first it was tough trying to understand the system, but as soon as I settle in. All I had to do was to enjoy the ride…. After all, it’s not as difficult as I thought it would be. In Thalia’s quote - I think that nothing is impossible when you want to fulfill a dream. A lot of people will tell you that you can't do it, that you don't have what it takes, but if it is in your heart and you feel it, there is nothing that will stop you. It is like the sun - you can't block it: it will shine regardless, if that is what you want. This week, go all out and pursue that dream! |
So some of our peeps did not pass the CIPM exams. Some had one or two resits. Some have to resit all the papers. I like celebrate you to. No shame in not acing the exams at this attempt.
