Morning, Please enlighten me, I just discovered via LinkedIn that one of my old brother is now in Manitoba and he promised to sponsor me but I heard it that at the point of documentation for MNP one must list all his or her relatives that he can sponsor in the future.
Please how true is this? Because I'm sure he doesn't have me in mind then.

My person has a managerial position in a bakery but got it fresh out of uni. Concern is that somewhere on the requirements for the position it states:
*Business admin cert (which he has) and
*5-10years experience (which he didn't have)
Can he still claim points for it?

a friend of mine is about to do this crap too. I pity her. She got a scholarship to uk and has 2 year experience in nigeria. Come home and process express entry crs score is over 470 o she said no. She finished the schorlarship and went to usa . about crossing to canada to claim asylum with this mumu story my father died in december(true) and relatives want to kill her to inherit this property. in this race its not by class of degree. Some1 with ond and hnd pass would have more points than u . As they say go to page zero and read up. Factor in 25% of ur pension balance too.

Please I have a major concern about claiming two or more certificate with ACCA 1 year college certificate obtained in 2018 and a four-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting obtained in 2008. Would the 10 year difference between the two certificates raise a red flag since the 1 year Certificate is not an Advanced diploma/certificate? @happytbaby, @Talkingboy, @Iamtrulyblessed and other gurus kindly weigh in on this. Thank you

I have been going through the threads from part 1, now on 2. I must confess they are goldmine of information. However, I am yet to come across an answer to a question that has been bugging me.-

1. I have an MBA and I am a Fellow of ICAN, which of these certificate should I get assessed? Is an MBA higher than my ICAN certificate?
2. I wanted to use WES to assess but their site is demanding for a credit card for payment. I only have a debt card. How do I make payment?

Please let me ask my "those question" b4 we move on to part 4. Hmmmmmm, I am awaiting my ECA report to enter the pool. CRS is 450. I claimed points for my brother who is a PR. My issue is my brother listed me as adopted while filling his papers over there. Reason for this is a long story . So how can I proof the adopted sister relationship? Our dad is late but mumsy still dey.

So far i have an idea of what is required.. atleast i have my ielts score, my document has been sent to WES for evaluation and my CRS is 470.
Now i believe the next step is once my evaluation has been concluded, i will fill my Express Entry (EE) profile and then wait for ITA (invitation to apply). If invited, i will have to tender relevant documents within 90days i guess such as introduction letter by my employer, bank documents and possibly LOE and gift deed if applicable, PCC for Nigeria and UK, medical report etc
Now my question:
1. I intend using 100% gift deed from my dad, hope it will be accepted? For gift deed i believe he will give me a letter which i will notarize with bank statement showing transfer and also mine showing transfer.
Apart from transferring money to my account in form of gift deed, what else can be shown? Can i use his pension account statement?
More inputs please.
