I suggest ACCA, write the fist 3 papers CBT and you'll get a diploma. It's the faster compared to what other people have suggested. And it should take less than N200k and less than 3 months for this plan. Then you can claim 2 or more certificates.
But you need to reconfirm that WES still takes the acca diploma and BSc as 2 or more cert.

good day everyone, pls what is the first step to take on this journey.

I left London Gatwick on Wednesday 16th Jan enroute Edmonton via Calgary. I booked WestJet flight (Mistake) for this trip. The ticket i booked doesnt have baggage allowance so i paid extra $80 for 2 bags. Even though this was a soft landing, i wanted to use the opportunity to drop off some of our stuffs in Canada. The 9hrs aircraft from London have no screen for entertainment. The airline asked us to download WestJet app from play store. This app allows you to connect to the internet while on board but if you dont have a tablet you will have to deal with small phone screen to watch movies. Everything on the flight is either for sale or for rent including food and tablets for movies. Asides the 'stingyness', the flight was relatively smooth.
We landed Calgary airport where they seperated men from boys. The queue for non Canadian passports was short, so i didnt spend up to 15mins on the queue. I was then directed to where new immigrants are to be attended to. Short queue as well. When it got to my turn, the officer asked for my COPR and immediately he asked, where are the rest of the family, i said they will join later because i cant pull the kids out of school just yet. Then he access my profile on system and smiled... YOU FINALLY MADE IT TO CANADA ! He said... making reference to my multiple rejected visa applications since 2010. I told him, i bless God for that. It wasn't easy trying to apply for study permit, business visa and visit visas but all being rejected.
While i was answering, he had already taken the stamp but i stopped him. I requested to change my passport photo to a more recent one. The reason is the one i have will be 6 months in Feb and i dont want PR card delayed. He obliged, changed the passport, stamped the COPR and then the magic word followed. YOU ARE NOW A PERMANENT RESIDENT OF CANADA! CONGRATULATIONS.
I smiled with a huge sigh... Thank You, i replied. He then proceeded to tell me my rights in Canada... i no even listen again, just give me this COPR make i go collect fresh air.
Meanwhile, as soon as we landed and i connected to wifi, i got an email requesting for phone interview, so i replied asking for the interview to be conducted by 4pm. So while the guy was reciting the rights, i am also thinking about the interview. It was 14mins before 4pm already.
My connecting flight was for 9pm. (Another Mistake). I thought i would be able to join the next available flight to Edmonton if i finish early but i was told that since my baggage was checked in to my final destination, i wont be able to reschedule my flight. So na to chill for 5 more hrs. Anyway, i am already a PR na, so nothing dey sele. Na we we get this Country now.
By the time the flight to Edmonton was ready, i was extremely tired and slept off immediately i boarded so no idea if the flight was smooth or not. I sha landed safely. Again no screen for entertainment! Who cares.
Did i mention that there was no Service Canada at Calgary Airport. So i moved the SIN registration to the next day. My host is just too much. Baba took the next day off. Drove me to Service Canada for SIN registration, took me to Registry for Health card registration, took me to bank to open account with Scotia Bank(i got credit card of $3000 limit because i was depositing some cash immediately) and also drove me to a scheduled job interview, waited for me to finish and we headed back home. At about 5pm next, i said i want to take 30mins nap, only for me to wake up at about 1am! Body no be firewood.
So i spent the next 2 days sorting out some stuffs and making ground work for final arrival. TGIF wasnt bad sha.
Left Edmonton on Saturday while Arsenal was busy beating my Chelsea team (God dey o). Landed at Toronto (4hrs from Edmonton) this time and joined the next flight to London Gatwick. Again same old story as the first... food was also for sale except biscuits. I just slept! No time to waste time again.
Bye Bye Canada for now... i will be back with FULL FORCE TO POSSES MY POSSESSIONS!

Some of the main reasons of doing a short landing first was to come and see the place oo. You know sometimes pictures can be deceptive. I dont want to be expecting Ikoyi only to land in Ajegunle Apapa. Also i have some jobs interview scheduled before i left London. Also my bro needs 15points, so coming early to get the necessary documents is important.

Am going to reply for the sake of others that needed help and come online to share part of their story so they not discourage by comment like urs

My daughter is physically challenged from birth but i will not like to go into details of her disability but sometime last year , my wife came up with the idea of going to Canada ,the first thing that come to mind is how disable people are well accepted in Canada society ,they can school , go on bus and many public places have facilities for disable people, hearing that alone bring relieve and joy to my heart because we have visit France, Dubai,Holland,hong kong ,uk and usa on family holiday and I have seen how disable people are well integrated into this societies despite there physical challenges..and i remember my wife telling me then that she will handle everything and only we have to travel with about 27,000 dollars and i remember i told her ,we have 10 million naira fixed deposit at the bank so i can get that within 2 weeks and i convert it to dollars and that about 34k canada dollars so tell them if they want 27k if they grant us resident we coming with minimum 30k dollars and my wife simile and left for work that morning , and like 2 weeks later she told me about English examination she need to attend and it not compulsory for me because she the main applicant with about 5 years of experience and two cert holder from same university and about our certificate verification it was fast and easy I guess because we studied aboard but i never attended any English examination and later she told me we have been accepted on a score I cannot remember the score and now needed to do medical examination and we went for the medical test and a month later she ask I printed my fixed deposit bank statement,company registration and she draft a letter and I read it and sign that the fund is for the family and that all l know about this Canada process and two month later she told me some more document was ask about my daughter issue and she has taken care of that and send the needed document and One morning last month that about 5 month later ,she told me our Residency have been granted ,I was so surprise because it look so easy and fast to me but our daughter comfort and integration in a society is my motivation factor from the beginning . It was after the visa granted that other thought begin to come to my mind. So please do not judge anybody because you do not know the whole story but give your advice based on what you know and it will help . and thank you to everybody that have contributed to my question it highly appreciated

For those who are waiting for ITA, check the following and prepare the necessary documents.

After you receive ITA, once you log in to your Express Entry profile, you will have two buttons
- Continue Application
- Decline Invitation

Note: You will have 60 days to submit your PR application electronically with all supporting documents. 60 days start from the day you get ITA, if you feel that you will not be able to arrange all the documents in 60 days, you can decline the ITA anytime before the expiry of 60 days and you will be back in the pool. In case you decline your ITA, then you will be eligible to be invited again provided you meet the CRS cut-off requirement.

Once you click Continue Application, you will be taken to pages similar to your Express Entry forms that you filled up. This page would have all the information carried forward from your Express Entry profile and additionally you also need to fill up Address History, Personal History and Travel History for each member listed in the application.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

Post completion of each section, the system would generate a personal document checklist based on the information submitted by you in the previous pages.
A sample document checklist for a family of two (FSW) without any Canadian relatives would look like something below.

FEE PAYMENT

Once you have uploaded the documents, you have the option to make payment and submit your eAPR. Post ITA after clicking Continue, you will be asked whether you want to pay RPRF upfront, in case you have mentioned Yes and later want to modify it, you can do so by going to Modify Family Information which you can find in the menu bar.

Permanent Resident Application Fee: CAD 550 per applicant
Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF): CAD 490 per applicant

You can make payment using credit card and debit cards provided international transactions are allowed on your card. Contact your bank to check the same. MasterCard, Visa and Amex cards are accepted. Ensure that your bank has not put any transaction limit, contact your bank before using your card for payment. In case you do not have suffcient balance or credit limit, you can use your family member's or friend's card as CIC has no restriction on the same.

You will get Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) almost immediately after you make the payment.

THINGS TO NOTE

Police Certificate - If you already have nomination do not wait for ITA, apply for police certificate soon. For countries that you have already left, in case you do not have the police certificate, initiate the process for the same as well as some countries take time to issue you a police certificate.

Medicals - CIC has a list of empaneled clinics/hospitals where you need to get medical tests done. Check this link Medical List. The following basic tests and checks are carried out (If you have had any or have any medical conditions, you need to let them know and also carry any medical records that you have)
1. Blood
2. Urine
3. Chest X-Ray
4. Eye Sight
5. Blood Pressure
6. Height/Weight
7. Physical examination by physician

You will not be given the results of the tests, the clinic will upload it directly to CIC. You will be given an Acknowledgement Form which you need to upload as proof of medical exam. Please ensure all the information on the Acknowledgment Form is correct as per passport and that the category on your medicals is mentioned as Non-EDE/Worker. If you find any discrepancy, get it corrected then and there itself and get an updated Acknowledgement Form.

Digital Photo - The final frame size of the photo should be at least 35mm x 45mm. The photograph must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders. The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm. The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540. The final size of the image should not be less than 60KB. The file should be submitted in JPEG format.

Reference Letter - For previous employers, the letter obtained after you have left is good enough, unless and until you want to get a fresh letter or want to get the letter updated. For current employer as a rule of the thumb, get a fresh letter if the previous one which you got is older than 6 months.

ECA, IELTS - There is no separate placeholder for IELTS and WES. So you can upload IELTS and WES along with educational documents.

Proof of Funds (POF) - Get latest and updated POF. Ensure you cover as much as information requested by CIC in the Bank Letter/Bank Certificate.

Letter of Explanation(LOE) - Though this is an optional document, please use it to your advantage to explain anything you feel the officer should know or consider while assessing your application.

Provincial Nominees (PNP) - If you are a provincial nominee would suggest you to submit copy of nomination certificate and Schedule 4 (IMM0008_4E) upfront along with LOE. Though these are not asked for when submitting eAPR, later you will be requested to submit Schedule 4.

Statutory Questions - In case you answer 'Yes' to any Statutory Questions, then explain the reason for the same in LOE and also submit Schedule A (IMM5669E) along with LOE. Though Schedule A is not asked for when submitting eAPR, later you will be requested to submit Schedule A.

Document Size & File Format - All documents should be uploaded as PDF not more than 4MB, except for digital photo which should be in JPEG format and not less than 60KB. For each placeholder, it should be one PDF. If you have multiple pages, merge them into one PDF for each placeholder. If the file size exceeds 4MB, scan the documents with scanner settings at 100 dpi or less but ensure that the files are legible. You can also use online tools like Small PDF to compress, merge and split PDFs etc (PDF Manipulator).

I am a JJC here and have been keeping up with the thread. Pls i have 2 questions to clarify. I claimed points from my elder brother who just landed in Canada last month. He is staying with a friend in Calgary.

1. He recently opened an account with Canada TD Trust. I want to use his bank statement for proof of his address. Seeing that his bank account was just opened a few weeks ago with just 1 or 2 transactions, is this okay? YES IT IS OK
He also said he will send me a copy of his phone bill on Jan 12. This is the first bill he will have in his name. Will this be ok too? YES IT IS OK
The bank statement and phone bill are the only documents he can provide as proof of address.

2. For sibling status in Canada, can i use his COPR? His PR card has not been issued yet. YES YOU CAN
