I believe it means it's a 5 year multiple entry student visa.
His colleagues who applied at the same time for the same course at Queens uni got the same visa.

We are considering a spousal work permit as suggested by Yooku as an additional option besides applying outright for EE.

Please can you send me fax number for WES. I need to send them my certificate. My School in the UK mailed my transcript. I don't know if they included a copy of the Certificate. Do i absolutely need to send it too? WES acknowledges receipt of documents from my school and my status reads "pending. Document is being evaluated. You do not require to do anything now". Not sure what that means.

Go online and reschedule for Wednesday 30th. If you do that today, you might still get 30th available.

I did not use any agent, all i did was follow this thread and study the requirements to details and read everything in between the lines

First, Some document I don't have listed here are
1. Letter of support from main student in the UK addressed to the High commission(don't really know what that is) - Main Applicant has gotten her Tier 4 before now, so i got her to write a letter
2. student I'd card(btw how did u get that) - Refer to 1 above
3. Employment letter (I'm not working at the moment but my husband is) - As long as your husband is working, get him to add all his employment details.
4. Copy of tenancy agreement ( do we need to have rented a house before getting the visa?) - Well because she was already in UK, we had to get copy of the tenancy agreement cos one of the requirements is that "We must be willing to stay together in the UK". But since you are both applying together and not in the UK yet, you can either use the school address or better still get a hotel booking for 1 week and state that you will be in the hotel while you secure a better accommodation
5. Creche arrangement for my children(don't have a baby, they are 3 and 6) - Just go to www.ofsted.com and get details of a prep school close to your University, add the report as part of your application, just to show that there are arrangement in place for them. Oyibo no dey use pikin play.
6. Main applicant tax clearance( as I said I'm not working at the moment) - Not compulsory but you can add that of your husband.
Secondly, did ur husband or wife(don't know if u are he or she ) apply for the visa too. She had applied before and already have her visa

Submitted a Tier 4 dependent visa with son at Ikeja VAC on Thursday 17th, got an approval email today.

1. International passport of all dependants valid till date
2. Original bank account statement covering all dependants
3. Letter of support from main student in the UK addressed to the High commission,

6. Copy of main student’s cas letter, student ID Card, Visa Page
7. Employment letters with 3 months pay slip
8. Copy of tenancy agreement in the uk for the family
9. TB Certificates for all dependants
10. Creche Arrangement for baby
11. Baby's Child dedication certificate
12. Tax Clearance card
13. Oanda printout for online application submission date

Which of the visa are you applying for. You seems to confuse yourself with Tier 4 and General Visit visa requirements.

i hav my maintenance fund and balance of school fees which is already counting, 2day making it d 4th day. do i need to show proof of whr funds came as my sponsor transferred the money into my personal account? do i also hav to print statement of my salary account as i hav been workin for a over a year? justwise: I get your point but my question is...did he submit bank statement that hasn't clocked 28days? The loophole here is that submissions is done in two phases: online and offline, so until both are completed your visa application will not be processed. Until you visit visa center and submit your signed copy with all your documents and do biometric your application process is not complete.

But the question Thicking is asking is "What if he has paid for the application and submitted online on a day that actually makes his money still less that 28 days?" That's the thing he must be sure of. Because IF UKBA uses the payment date as his application date, the implication is a refusal due to the fact the money isn't up to 28 days.

Unfortunately, your brother cant sponsor you. Although he can pay part of your fees if he want. The remaining funds has to be either in your account or your that of your parent.

Tell him to transfer the funds into your account.

Wow, this is really a complicated issue.... The best bet for you is not to ever mention her name as your wife cos if you do and you are all caught, the following are most likely gonna happen

1. Your wife's application would be denied
2. Your wife would be banned from UK for using deception
3. Your brother is likely to visit the prison for a short while for criminal activity
4. Your baby's citizenship can be revoked
5. You would be denied and likely get a ban as well.

Remember that if you do not mention her as your wife now, it means you are single and will likely affect you too in future applications.

As it is often preached on Nairaland... Truth is always the best.

3) My wife and I are married, and I was her sponsor/husband when she applied for her visiting visa. She submitted our marriage certificate and wedding pictures at the time
Currently, my wife has applied for a settlement that is yet to be decided, and we are still very married.
4) Lastly, I am trying to apply to the UK for the first time, and I would like to fill her name as my wife, submitting the same wedding certificate and pictures.
Will this affect me in anyway? Will I be linked to her? What is the best thing for me to do?
