See comments below Princess2015: Good afternoon to all the wonderful people on this thread.I am new here and I need help to begin this express entry program.I am a 30 year old ,pharmacist, with four years working experience mostly in community pharmacy practice. I am married with two children. Hubby has Bsc in Chemistry but has only NYSC work experience.we both graduated from OAU.I have 6.5,6,7,7.5 in LSRW IELTS.I understand this is not a good score for express entry and I am preparing to write another one.I need someone to help me calculate my CRS based on the information provided.I have read many pages on this thread from both the part one and this present one but I still have some questions: 1.where in Canada is OK for my profile 2.what is PNP,SNP, - PNP is Provincial Nominee Program - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/index.asp SINP is Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program - http://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program 3.if I want to go through nomination, where is best to apply to with my profile 4.how do I go about ECA as a pharmacist 5.how much POF do I need to have - For Family of 4, you need to show at least $22,856 6.how much fund should should I be working towards for the whole process. Please refer to the estimated funds in Page 0. Each case is different Please everybody come to my aid.Pharmacists on this platform ,please help me o.Thanks. |

Please go with Central Intake Office (CIO) Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada.
koonlay5: Do you suggest the job reference is addressed to CIO or Ghana or simply "to whom it may concern" |

Based on permutation, Its either Friday 3rd or Wednesday 8th. Note that Canada government is expected to publish its Immigration Levels Plan for 2018 (maybe tomorrow) MippiShick: Lower CRS at the next draw will be good o (Xmas bonanza for us). When is the next draw likely to be released? |

Exactly what i am thinking but then... CIC is CIC! Very unpredictable Santino1: I hope so for everyone's sake. Moreover, the lowest CRS under those two streams in May was 775 (PNP) and 400 (FST), thus CRS at the next draw may be even lower than the 413 seen in May. |

There are two draws today Provincial Nominee Program - 673
Federal Skilled Trades Program - 241
No Federal draw as of now Implication is likely a very low CRS score for FSW. Going by what happened in May area74: Please house, what is the latest draw for the express entry? I checked CIC site and I'm seeing two different cut off points. 673 and 241 |

Bros/Madam... When you say scheduled to meet with the US consulate, i want to assume that it is a visa appointment. Whether Study or visit! If you are not sure about the forthcoming visa appointment, just cancel or reschedule to a later date, maybe early next year. IF you fail to attend a US Visa interview, its not a visa refusal because your application has not been assessed orally. greatlifeis89: Hello everyone,
Please I need your advise.
By God's grace and all things being equal, I should get ITA before the end of the year. However, I am scheduled to meet with the US consulate in Nov for a USA visiting visa, and something inside me is skeptical about the outcome.
Please provide your comment/advise on the below salient points:
1. If I decide not to honour the schedule meeting with the consulate, will it be treated as a non-appearance/visa application rejected? 2. if it is treated as non-appearance, what impact would it have on my CIC EE application? 3. If it will be treated as visa application rejected, and I disclose it in my application, would it have any negative impact on CIC EE application (considering (a) the closeness to the CIC EE application and (b) CIC refused to grant me Study visa last year).
My ultimate priority is the CIC EE and I wont love to do anything to jeopardize it. I will appreciate advise and contribution from everyone. |

I dont think you need to liquidate the investment. The certificate of FD is enough proof with a letter of authority from your wife that the funds are unencumbered. dane15: Please my people still on the POF matter.
I want to apply by December 2017 and my wife has the POF as a fixed deposit in her account. If she transfers to me by first week of November 2017, I will have had the POF for a maximum of 2 months by the time I apply. From what I have read on the thread, a Letter of explanation alone from my wife should suffice as a backup. I want to liquidate the investment yet. My question now is, can I wait till a day or a week before I apply before liquidating the investment so that my wife can transfer to me.
I would like to know if there is anyone with a similar experience and did you get PR at the end of the day? |

As of October 24, 2017, children under the age of 22 are considered as dependents on all immigration programs administered by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), including for economic migrants and refugees. For the past three years, only children under the age of 19 were considered as dependent. damidamsel: A beautiful morning to you all.....
Chai...wish i was about to give my PPR testimony speech, e for sweet. Lol . Coming soon....
On the contrary, I'll like to find out on behalf of a friend if it's possible to adopt an 18 year old orphaned nephew and add to their application. The nephew has been living with them for a long time now. Their application has been submitted and they are at NA2 and POF is more than enough to accommodate another person. If possible, please how can they go about it? The parents' death certificates are available.
Thanks as i await all your responses |
