Haaaaaa.... This story make person cry o. It can only be God! revlane: My PPR story. I am not a fan of travelling so I invested in professional and academic qualifications with an MBA, MSc and chartered qualification, I couldn't achieve my goals. So from the the days of Zandora and Dupsyshoo, I joined to read and just read updates for several months. I wrote IELTS with contribution money and requested for remark when my writing was scored 6.5 and later it was upgraded to 7.5 My WES was smooth with help from a friend who paid part of it. I started this journey as a trial and ran to Australia nairaland because of POF. I came back when the process wasn't favourable. It became more real with ITA on March 1 but the worse happened. I lost all the money I raised for POF to Ponzi Schemes between February and April. From GHW to MMM, all my life savings was gone. And to make maters worse, I lost my job too. Life became meaningless and I was in debt so I relocated back to stay with my parents and they have been feeding me. From giving people money, I could no longer afford recharge card and I scampered around for POF. I submitted my application 6days to deadline. I was stuck later because my POF showed review required in my GCMS. Its was written in capital letters that THE PA HAS FALLEN BELOW REQUIRED POF OF 12,300. And my case was left to pure discretion of the Visa officer and the hand of God. Today its PPR because I never gave up, I knew my downfall wasn't the end of my life and that someday I will smile again. Nothing can stop you except you chose to stop. |

@Kontagious has answered you correctly. You will need PCC for UK because you have lived in UK for more that 6 months. Who needs a police certificate? In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate.
You may need a police certificate from any country or territory that you have spent six months or more since the age of 18.
For example: if you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate.
If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:
are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply. have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory.Obi1conte: Hello house
Please i need help as it concerns PCC.
i have been in nigeria since 2010 prior to that i was in the Uk for my master program. Do i need a PCC from Uk for my EE application? And i am not the PA. If yes how do i go about getting one. THX |

You only need to evaluate your MSc. Kingbukaz: In order words, evaluating Bsc and Msc gives more point than evaluating only MSC right? |

Pardon me oh, but i think its self explanatory... If you dont have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body... Answer is NOwalter08: Pls explain this for me
7) Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body? Note: A certificate of qualification lets people work in some skilled trades in Canada. Only the provinces, territories and a federal body can issue these certificates. To get one, a person must have them assess their training, trade experience and skills to and then pass a certification exam.
People usually have to go to the province or territory to be assessed. They may also need experience and training from an employer in Canada.
This isn’t the same as a nomination from a province or territory. |

If you allow the people that are not so sure of their IELTS performance to bounce on you... If they 'Buahahahahaha' you finish, you will know Mavor: I sent an email to NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca requesting for advise on my NOC classification and apparently that email is not officially used anymore. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
On another note, can anyone who had his or her IELTS on the 14th please comment on their experience. In my own case, I think it went exceptionally well. I blasted the LRW part of it. Sure of the max points there. I have concerns about my S though which I had on the day before. Was a bit nervous in the early stages but picked up as things went on. Can't blame myself though, it's been a while since I last wrote an exam. As such, I was a bit rusty. |

British Council einsteino: are you sure your test wasnt by IDP? or is UK code 10? |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 2 by smslive2: 5:03pm On Oct 13, 2017 |
I am afraid, this is not always the case ooo. My result and wify looks like 1610015884BUHM200GMaybe because we wrote it in the UK sha. einsteino: @nnekdre
Caveat: This is solely for educational purposes.
TRF number is 18 characters long, I would take a sample and explain how it is formed
lets look at this TRF Number 15NG005978BUHM050G
This is actually made up of joining 7 distinct groups: 15 + NG + 005978 + BUH + M + 050 + G
15 = last two digits of the year of your exam. all 2017 exam TRF would start with 17 NG = Country code, all exam taken in Nigeria would have NG while those taken in canada would be CA 005978 = candidate number, check the email british council sent you to see yours BUH = first three alphabets of your surname, so for Buhari it is BUH M= first alphabet of your firstname, so for Muhammadu it is M 050 = last three digit of centre number G= G for General, A for Academic
Now you would also need TRF date. if you didnt apply for remarking and your results wasnt pulled for quality assurance purposes, your TRF date would be exactly a day before the online one is released ie 12 days from your exam date, exam date excluded.
I dont work for British council so this isnt law. i and a friend only pulled out our old TRF and tried to decipher the TRF number out. please everyone should grab out their old TRF and see if the formular is consistent. Thanks all |
