Good day bosses
Pls I’m having issues with my new item powerbank. I bought it about a month ago from a very reputable store here in Abuja.
The problem is whenever I charge it, it shows the indicator that it is charging ( the blinking light) but it is not charging
I can keep charging it for hours. Like over 12 hours but it will not add just the charging indicator. This started about a week ago
When I bought it, it was working perfectly. I even had an adaptor and cord I only use to charge it
Now this adaptor and the type c cord is working for my phone
I’ve changed the adaptor, changed the cord, bought a type c, bought android cord but it’s still the same problem
I’m always very careful with it and very certain that it did not fall down or touched water
Pls what could be the problem? And any solution?
