I thought it's better to decentralise it. Each department should be able to produce their own transcript but will send it to the school senate for vetting and thereafter signed by the registrar. That eliminates a lot of processes. Centralising option that you suggested encourages a lot of redtape.

And how come the centralized process work in other schools around the world but for Nigerian schools?
