Sheikh Muhammad Goni Aisami, an Islamic Scholar, was shot dead by one soldier named John Gabriel he gave a lift in the Scholar's car and later called his friend Adamu Gideon with Recca Battalion 241 to help him convey the car to safety but the car stopped working and could not move.

The two soldiers have been apprehended and are now with the Army authority in Damaturu after confessing that they killed the Scholar to bolt with his vehicle, the car in question Honda 2006 model.

Imagine a Christian soldier killed an Islamic preacher who assisted him with a lift.
Meanwhile, Vanguard Newspaper had reported earlier that the scholar was killed by gunmen.

CAN suddenly mute on this. Imaging the other way round, a pastor being killed by muslim soldier after assisted him with a lift. Even UN, USA and UK will hear CAN.

May Allah be pleased with his soul and grant him the highest level of jannatul firdaus. Amin.

It is unfortunate the way some people take serious matter and bring in sentiment and stupidity.
The men that killed the Cleric committed the crime simply as a criminal and not under any religion.
You don't expect CAN to say anything about it as the evil act was committed as a criminal. They do not commit this crime claiming blasphemy or attaching the name of God to it.
You can do better by staying objective and putting the fear of God in your submission.

I bought a transmission for an Honda Accord 2001 model from Luvinhubby July 27, 2020. I made it clear to him that I wanted transmission for an American specs.
Instead of the spec I requested for, he sent me the Europe version and this was evident from the gear seat that came with the transmission. I installed the transmission next day and it was not shifting and he was informed same day.
After so many talk from him to buy time we concluded that he will replace the transmission. I kept calling him ever since that time & he kept giving excuses like am out of town, am attending to burial etc.
Sadly he stopped picking my calls or responding to my messages.
What made it very sad is that I have been buying products from him since 2018 and I wonder how a man that claim to have integrity suddenly turn around to act this way.
Am presenting this on a public media like this to give him (Luvinhubby) the privilege to redeem his image if truly I misinterpreted his status.

I want to appreciate everyone that comment on this subject, indeed I appreciate all your input.
Like I said originally it is your anticipated intervention that brought me to this space with this topic and you indeed played a role or the other and I say thank you all.
I promised to come to Nairaland to give feedback and that is what am here to do with this comment.
Communication with Luvinhubby is restored and we have being able to resolve the issue.
I believe I have learnt one or two lessons from this experience and I believe Luvinhubby too did.
He sent me another transmission yesterday, 9 October 2020
Like I said in previous comment; it was because Luvinhubby stopped to communicate with me that was why I felt cheated and I believe it was not out of place....
Once again thank you all for your intervention.

Send to who? I thought i mentioned he stopped picking my calls or respond to my sms and the reason am complaining. Would I just send the gearbox to a park without a recipient?
Interesting.....but to simply answer your question, I left the car in my garage parked and ensured I or someone clean it everyother day. You don't understand the pain of buying a non functional device in this our current Nigeria (economy). Each day I have a need for an alternate vehicle I feel the pain more. Am calculative when taking decision.... why should I remove the gearbox or move the car about when there is no replacement. I count my cost when taking steps....if you're in automobile industry you will know that it is impossible to take out an engine without losing a sensor or the other....the gear box in question when it was to be installed I lost the ECT sensor which I had to replace and cost me money. If Mr Roland insist that I remove and send to him in Lagos I would not have a choice than to do that....at least I would know that's the price I must pay.
If the gear box was what it should be then I don't have a reason to lay a false allegation against Roland.
And mind you if you had followed the thread and my post you would have clearly seen my position from the start.
Am here not to tarnish Rolands image but to call him to do the needful and seek the support of good mind on this platform to also intervene.

If it is.. it can use same gear cos of it shift pattern.

The UK is the alias Adidas and run with a different ECU (popularly called brain box)

Roland what vile messages are you talking about.
Am clear about what I send to you thru SMS and thru this Nairaland platform and my point is simple if your act is a scam then you will not go unpunished. I don't need to tell anyone there is a God that Judges every act, HIS Court is greater than the highest court in the land and when HE declare a punishment it will certainly come to pass.
The deepest thoughts of every man are known to HIM (GOD) you can come to Nairaland and say what you choose to say. What I say or what you say does not matter to God....The actual truth is what God will place HIS judgement by and I simply submit to HIS judgment.
Safe yourself from the problem and do the needful or continue the bold face and face the music. Life is too short and precious for someone to engage in fights unnecessarily.
Once my car is fine I'll move on.

It's either a I4 gear, V6 gear or Adidas gear.

May need enlightenment on how I4 babyboy has different gear.

The Honda Accord 98-02 alias baby boy come either US, Japan or Europe.
The UK is the Europe.

All baby boy 4 cylinder engine use the same gearbox, both America and Europe spec, the only ones different is the UK spec and V6.

If gears have issues after being sold, a trusted rewire is sourced by dealer to rectify it and in the event that it cannot be rectified, a replacement is made upon returning the former gear or a refund if no other one available.
Services of reliable gear rewire was turned down twice and gear speed sensors requested by op which was sent to him.
Called my attention late August that he wants a replacement and was not ready to return the previous one which is NOT a norm in auto parts transactions globally. Was willing to do that but told the op it can only be done when i am personally around and asked him to call me on the weekend to see if am back.
Saw a text from him instead calling me a criminal who intends to defraud him and as matter of principle, i don't respond to offensive communications in transactions.

Will need the op to point out the criminal intent observed by him in all my transactions with him within the next 24hrs, if he does so successfully, i will refund the 85k plus and additional 15k to him and post the transaction details here. If not, i will strictly enforce the market conditions of gear transactions on this transaction.

Mr Roland, good that you're responding and in a public space.
The gear box you send to me is UK...and I told you this...and you agree to change the said gear box.
Your submission on the spec is wrong...there is America, Japan and Europe. UK is Europe.

That I will send the UK transmission after the replacement was agreed upon, and I gave you my reason....the stress of removing and packing the vehicle back before receiving the replacement. If you have insisted on me sending it first as a condition I would have simply done that.
The rewire you plan to send to me discuss with me and as a technical person in automobile industry it was clear he do not understand why he is coming and mind you am meant to pay the rewire ure sending the sum of 20,000 in advance...who does that?
The vehicle that the gear box is meant for is my personal car and does not have a wiring problem.
At what point did our relationship go sour? ...it was when you stopped picking my calls and stop responding to my SMS even when I called at the agreed time.
Why will I call you and you will not pick and I will ask a friend to call you within 5 mins and you will pick, there was even a time you return a missed call from a friend....put yourself in my shoes...what do you expect me to think. This is Nigeria where lawlessness is the order of the day.
I will suspect a criminal intent when you stop communicating with me and there is an outstanding transaction between us. When you tell me you're in the village for burial and you will tell my friends a different thing. In one instance I even called you with my sister's number and you picked and in hearing my voice you stopped talking.

July to September is only two months and believe he'll address OP's issue.

If you read through all my post with regards this matter....I was very clear about my grievances..... he stopped picking my calls and responding to my SMS.
The last time we talked he asked me to call him on a particular weekend earlier this month and I waited patiently till that day and when I called as requested by him he refused to pick. I called at reasonable intervals (considering he may be busy) for 2-3 days and sent SMS and no response.
Also while I was calling and he's not picking I ask a friend to call and he picked.
I also mentioned earlier that this is not meant to embarrass him but to seek intervention. This is an open space and I believe he will see my submission and if truly your defence of him is real I expect him to do the needful and I will surely come back to this thread to mention this to the whole house.

My location is Ogun State...going to his shop will mean spending the whole day.
Roland Okeke (luvinhubby) promised to exchange the transmission box, he already acknowledged the discrepancies but now dodging the fulfillment.
Going to his shop could be a waste of time except am ready to use force.

Please we should learn how to acknowledge and remember someone's good deeds in such situation. Luvinhubby has been guiding and helping people fix their vehicles for years in this forum without any one calling him out.

I am sure after this case has been settled, the OP will still come back here or call him for assistance.

I may not have a need to call him for business if he did not settle this one... Trust is very key in a relationship. Remember I will send him money before delivery of products and that make me to be at his mercy.
To make the record straight am into Automobile business, I buy servicing parts from him: especially transmission fluid.
What make this whole experience to last this long is because the transmission box that I bought from him is for one of my personal vehicle. You can imagine if this was for a customer of mine, will I be able to wait this long?
You also mentioned the fact that I should wait for him, how can I authenticate his claim that he is busy when 2-5 minutes after he told me he's in the village I ask a friend to call him and he told same he's in the shop and even describing how the friend will get to him.

I did not post this experience to embarrass Roland Okeke (luvinhubby)...but to let people on this platform read my experience and possibly intervene. I have done all I could humanly to make him do the needful.
Luvinhubby is no more sounding true.... I'll call him and he will tell me he's in the village and the next minute I will ask a friend to call him and he will claim he's in the shop.
Yes I have transacted business with him since 2018 but I guess I never get to know this part of him because the product I had bought from him are simply transmission fluid and there was no need for an exchange or complaints.
Trust are better measured in a trying time when a seller goes thru some level of inconvenience.....its the best time to grow a relationship.
Like I said in my originating post, Roland Okeke luvinhubby can still remedy my new opinion of him by doing the needful.
And if I lied about my post he should kindly come and make the record straight.
