I want to ask the owners of TSTV, if they've start showing the English premier league and champions league on TSTV. I own a dstv decoder and I'm looking to switch to TSTV .

Dstv gave me the shocker of my life, when I subscribed 10,000 to watch the Connor mcgregor vs mayweather fight, only to be told that its exclusive to premium subscribers only. I hated them there and then.

So, just yesterday I had some issues with the Bank transfer I made, so I called the customer service of the bank where the transfer was initiated, to my dismay, I spent several minutes calling before my called was picked up, when I was through with the call, I found out I've spent 300# on that call alone. And my issues was not rectified, I was asked to call the beneficiary bank.

After, another struggle to get through to the customer support, and logged my complaint, to cut the long story short, I found out that I've spent a total of 1000# card trying to talk to the customer care of the two banks.

Shouldn't bank make their customer care line toll free like phone companies (e.g mtn, airtel), and the likes? This thieving act needs to stop. I was so heartbroken that I had to spend 1000# on some stupid customer care.

What's your take on this?
