It should be some Igbo look like Edo and some Yoruba look like Edo people too.

We the Edo have a long established empire that expanded westward and Eastward.

Whereas Igbo & Yoruba were a collection of small kingdoms and chiefdoms. Until Oyo grew around 1680s.

I am of the opinion that nature creates challenges so we can get busy finding solutions. If Op had been born in a developed country this type of defects would have been corrected at birth. The truth is even conjoined twins are separated successfully so I believe this can be corrected to near perfection.
