Docs in the house, I recently notice that I feel sleepy almost easily now during the day. If I board a public bus,in no time I start feeling sleepy and would have to do all in my power to prevent myslef from falling asleep. Same thing happens when I sit @ my dest in front of my laptop,before I would sit for 15mins,the sweet sleep would start creeping in. Although most times I sleep late(btw 2am - 4am) and have to wake up early again.
Could it be lack of proper sleep during the nght or anaemia?

Your frequent sleepy state could be because of lack of sleep as you have pointed. If you sleep at 3am on the average and have to wake up early every day, then I think you have to find a way to get at least 7-8 hours sleep. Its really not good on the long run. The body needs adequate sleep for normal metabolic functions. Try and get enough rest and watch if it improves. Sometimes iron deficiency could cause anaemia(red blood cell count below normal) and this could inturn make you have trouble sleeping. Although it is not clear if you have trouble sleeping or if you just decide to sleep by about 3am every day. Whatever the case is, just try to have more sleep and see if it normalizes. However if you are anaemic, its only a Full Blood count that can ascertain that. After the laboratory testing, then you could know if you are anaemic and its cause.... Sorry

In my opinion, I don't think nairaland ladies or girls always think that way. I also don't think guys always accept request from every lady. The Internet is similar to the world. You cant accept everyone. I guess anyone who receive a pm will first of all check the profile, and if there isnt any possible picture of the person, it creates some kind of doubt. If the person decides to go beyond that, to know who He/she is letting in, the posts sent by the person can give an idea of who that person is. It may be limited, but thats the best you can do in a anonymous forum like this.

Well, I think its not easy in anyway to break up a relationship with commitment. It probably seems more rampant because a break up from marriage is more obvious. I think splitting happens as much in the dating world. And as for public speculations, married couples hardly talk about their marital problems as much as those in the dating world. They just find a way to deal with it.
