like I said earlier, use a tank...it is moveable, durable and economical. And sellable if u don't want to do catfish again. Trust me u will thank me later. Dont do concrete

if its a permanent house then you can do concrete ponds you can as as well use a tampoline pond too but since its for family consumption i think you need a tampoline or mobile tank.
size could be hmmmm you can make use of two ponds 150 fish in one and 150 in another .....sizes varies

It's a permanent house, fenced with gate. The available space at the backyard is roughly 56ft by 25ft, so I'm thinking of making concrete ponds. So what do you think should be the dimensions of the pond? (Height x Width x Depth)

PS: I currently have some noilers free ranging in the backyard, so I don't want to make too big pond, so as to have enough space for the birds.

Surprise, surprise!

This evening i went to ATM to make a withdrawal and from the debit sms alert i observed
that there is an additional money to my credit balance suspected to be the exact money
i am expecting from Payoneer.

So i thought this people finally credited my account after i opened a support ticket this
evening and they don't send alert.

But on checking my bank transactions log, i see that the money have been credited
the same day i made the withdrawal but without email nor sms alert.

You're welcome. I mean it was GTB staff that called me, the delay is usually from GTB, not payoneer. I still don't know why they usually delay the payment.

Because i made a first time withdraw from Payoneer to my GTBank acct since Tuesday 10:45am and till now i am yet to be credited.


But in the email sent to me by Payoneer it was stated that i will receive the money same day and now it is over 48 hours.

About two weeks ago. I don't understand the reason for the delay, my first withdrawal to GTB also lasted for more than 48 hours before I received a call from one of their staff asking if I was expecting a forex, I said yes, then she asked if I wanted it USD or NGN, I said NGN, then my account was created within a few minutes after she ended the call. After that first withdrawal, they usually created my account in the evening of the following day.

I wonder why they've never show me that before. I've been using the withdraw to bank account option for awhile, they've never show me the exchange rate before. All they do show is the transaction fee, it was $15 before, now 2% of the transaction amount, and it usually takes about 48 hours to get the credit alert from GTB.

Payoneer surprised me this morning. Just try my first withdrawal through my UBA saving account this morning at about 6:35 am and by 10:40am I received alert for d cash.

This is great I must say. D cash is less than 300$ and interestingly, d exchange rate of 357 they indicated to me is exactly what I got in my acc. with no any deduction.

A quick question please. Do you mean payoneer show you the exchange before you make the withdrawal?
I've been using GTB and the fund usually takes about 48 hours to be credited into the GTB account.

Depends on the amount being transferred to the local bank account, mine arrived at 357.63/$, that's excluding the service charge though. So, the higher the amount you are transferring, the higher the rate

yes 20-22 will be adequate for your projet since its just 2 toiler windies diffence...price per length of 12mm rod is between 2000-2300 as of today between lagos-ogun state I am not sure about other states though

Not sure about how many bags of cement but can give you a break down on the 12mm road. Buy 20 lengths that will be enough.

Breakdown

Let's assume you are using a square ring (irrespective of the size)
* doors = cut maximum of 5ft per length by 4 (square ring) = 20ft /door lintel by 17 doors = 340 divide by 38 (a length of rod is between 38ft-40ft)=8.9 lengths of rods

* window (let's assume your windows are 4ft by 4ft) cut maximum of 6ft per length by 4 (square ring)= 24ft /window lintel by 14 windows =336 divide by 38 = 8.8 lengths of rod

* toilet windows (2ft by 2ft window) cut 3ft by 4 pcs = 12/toilet window by 4 windows = 48fts divide by 38 = 1.3 lenths of rod.

Total = 8.9+8.8+1.3= 18.9 lengths

Thanks for this. I have a similar project with a total of 17 doors and 14 big windows and 6 small windows (for toilet/bathrooms and store). So from your estimate, I think 20 to 22 lengths will be enough. Please any idea for the cost per length or total cost for the 20 lengths?
