TonyeBarcanista: That the card reader captured 280k voters doesn't translate to '280k' voters were accredited. I'm well aware that majority of electorates voted without card reader due to mal-function of the reader. There is NO section within the Electoral act that nullifies voting without the reader. The petitioners are yet to prove their allegation of electoral malpractice. It will boil down to forensic analysis and checks whether the votes were inflated or not. IF inflated, the tribunal will CANCEL the identified inflated votes and examine whether a re-run in the affected areas will be able to affect the result. I make BOLD to state that the APC petition is DEAD on arrival. yeah the APC petition is DOA.. Am just laughing tha APC gullibles here jubilating for nothing..the election would not be nullify...mark my word |

runzlord: Rubbish statement from rubbish singer calling himself a rapper
Last time I checked english is our lingua franca so if they are people that does not understand english, how dat one tey concern my making of music Na me say make dey no go school? I believe by now ever average youth in nigeria should understand english well, the only people I see that does not understand english are old people, and shey na old people wan dey hear hip-hop, nig.ga muther.f.uker bla bla bla Abegi! To me na excuse to coverup for being a whack rapper and not being able to speak english well. Cos they are also people who do not understand any local dialect E.G ME!!!
Oya tell me
MI no be english en dey use?? Vector ko Ice prince Jesse jagz Eva Yung6ix
Not even rappers self
Tuface Psquare Even dbanj uses more of english
Name them
To me using local dialect only hinders you to a particular region.....
Like olamide is not bigger than phyno in the east And phyno is not bigger than olamide in the west But english rules That is why MI is bigger than both, both in the east and west.
It is not about what language you use, but the kind of music you make, if you make better music, people would listen. Bros thank You! The Singer think singing a lil bit fast is rapping.does he know the structures of rap?..am not bashing local rappers oo(lol) but you need to spit sense..just like Dagrin did |

Celebrities › Re: Jude Okoye Replies Soundcity: You Make A Living Playing P-Square Videos by softvio(m): 11:33pm On Sep 10, 2015 |
byrron: Sound city or whatever it is called is a microscopic reflection of the distorted business orientation of most business organizations in Nigeria.
They should go and google Taylor Swit's response to Apple when they wanted to stream her song for free.
Apple which Is a multi billion dollar organization did not release any daft nor dumb press crap like sound city of Nigeria rather they reached out to T.Swift and made her an offer in other to stream her song and Apple now pays every American artist whose song is being streamed on Apple's platform as a result of T.Swift drilling it into their senses that her songs are not for charity rather it is for business and that she owes them nothing.
It is even sickening to imagine that sound city came up with such toutic, dumb and daft childish press releases and it is even more pathetic that some mediocre Nigerians with faulty thought processes sees nothing wrong with sound city's sense of entitlement for playing songs which they haven't paid a dime for as royalties as it is done in every sane clime.
For heaven sake, PSquare is a huge brand that sells itself and sound city only leveraged on the PSquare brand to attract huge viewership.
PSquare as a brand should demand royalties for all their song's that has been played on sound city tv.
So it is now an ungrateful act by Psqure against sound city because they asked sound city to pay them for their service?
There is no free lunch even in free town.
The integrates here is sound city and they are so daft not to have realized that. God! You just stole that Taylor Swift example out of my mouth. That was what i wanted to quote to Missnora , you don't just use someone intellectual property for free and you make gains out of it, yet you don't pay him/her. That's intellectual robbery, Nigerians should learn how to be rational in business and not always about emotions.... Am never a fan of Psquare though |
Politics › Re: Top Ten Nigerians To Have Ever Lived by softvio(m): 4:51pm On Sep 10, 2015 |
obrien29: These great Nigerians who were able to make this list of top ten Nigerians to have ever lived were chosen with criteria. One of the criteria is uncorrupted mind and vision for Nigeria; they must have influenced half of the population of Nigeria; they must have been self-made; they were fighters for justice and order in the society. These are the top ten Nigerians to have ever lived according to Better Times blog, 2015.

Her burial when she died was attended by head of states and other top functionaries in the government.
9. Moshood Kashimawo Abiola
He was born and brought up in Ogun State, Nigeria. He was a self-made business man who believed in democracy in the country Nigeria. He was a philanthropist who gave to all, regardless of tribe or religion. He was loved by all, and he died for the return of democracy in Nigeria.
8. Mohammed Buhari

He led Nigeria from 1983 to 1985, and his rule was free of corruption, the first government to achieve such feat. He is a righteous man and is not at all greedy. If his type continues to rule Nigeria, things will be better.
7. Wole Soyinka

Obrigardo: Psquare needs to grow up and make good music. Hope they know they are married with kids. When they do, they will be welcomed back to Soundcity.
ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY, BUT GOOD MUSIC
#Enoughofnonsensemusic see this is music businees, you don't expect me to produce n direct my videos with millions and perform for you free. All because you air my music. In a well civilized country any platform that use my work(video per say) is billed to pay me PPV(pay per view). When D'banj-Oliver twist was topping chart on MTV, they paid him per-view. Reason been that the artiste work also promotes the TV station. I could recall 6years ago, nobody knew Soundcity that much, compared to the likes of Nigezie and MTV. But now they're famous, courtesy of reknown artiste works. Am not a fan of the Psquare dou, they can go and banned their videos, we didn't recognize that they ain't playing their music....... |
