He intend using hotel reservations for his application..

He works in a reputable organization in Nigeria and owns landed properties.

Do u think he is eligible to apply as he does not have travel history.

I renewed my passport because it had less than 6months validity. Raised a CSE and submitted it. Also sent a mail to LVO with my new biodata page.

If you SOA is of a balance like 20% more than what tuition and cost of living would require then I think you re good.

Check the message section on your profile if you applied online, you will see a CORRESPONDENCE LETTER. If you don’t have it, kindly send them a mail. You will need it at the airport when you enter Canada. If you applied via paper route, the letter will come with your passport.

When can the correspondent letter be sent? Is it before passport pick up or during passport pickup. I applied online

I'm soo happy.. Passport request mail received today and before my husband could have access to his mail I opened the mail first, I was in class when the email dropped because I always look forward to any email he received. My heart was beating fast and I started crying in class that my professor came to hug because I couldn't hold back my tears of joy.

Please do not give up and keep trying, he has been denied 4 times (rejected twice for study permit and twice for visitor visa) we just gave SOWP (5 attempt) a try and Alhamdulilah it was approved .

Hi Tomiade, congrats on your approved trv. I think its wiser and smarter to apply after you are fully enrolled in school before submitting an application for your spouse. The probability of your spouse getting approved before your arrival is next to zero.

Also, I am sure if you try to read some 20 pages back, you would get to see documents submitted for SOWP.

I am the guy who's wife got work permit without medicals after 3 applications. I got some emails and calls from members asking me how i went about it, please send your requests on here and i will try to help as much as i can. Wifey arrived January,I got invitation to apply for PR ending of February, just got our PR approved and stamped on passport.... I just added my one year NYSC to my one year work experience with a good english language score and got a good score, so guys please also try the PR route while waiting for the work permit.

Please what is required for SOWP application.

Please would appreciate if someone can list out the necessary requirements for SOWP application.

Good afternoon all. After declaring to uOttawa that my first language and language of instruction is English. I still see where i'll upload Eng test score. I've not written any Eng test before. You should upload a prove that you had ur study in English.
Meaning a letter from you school stating your degree was taught in English.

So sad to announce my TRV refusal. I applied Apr 13th and got a refusal June 20th on the ground of 'Purpose of visit'.
However, I have applied for my gcms note for review before reapplying.
Will be grateful if anyone would volunteer to assist review my SOP before reapplying in July.

Announcing Announcing. The miraculous approval of my TRV after 2 denials (paper based application.



Third application: Online. Submitted April 13th (coinidentally my mum's death anniversary). Medical request 13th of June. Approved 19th. Just saw it today

This application was not in anyway much different from the previous two. In fact it lacked more content than the previous two. No explanation provided for the points raised for the denials, less money in my sponsor's account, no properties document, even my SOP was very brief and just one page.

The difference was just God (i fasted and prayed like never before in my life) and the fact that my sponsor (sister) is now a PR, who is still living in Nigeria.
