This is quite disheartening....talking about a woman carry a baby for nine months, only to dump him or her after delivery. This little baby was reportedly dumped by the mother at Oyigbo dump site in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state.

According to reports, the baby who was found dead this morning - apparently died from the cold after being exposed.
