Afghanistan: No one needs to tell you that these bodies are just concerned about making money, basking in the euphoria that you must pass through them to move forward. They see themselves being run by the government but I see and call them NGO's. And as for the #4000 worth of call up letter, I've always expected this. Its a negative step in the wrong direction but if you ask them, they'll say its worth it. Enjoy your stay in camp come november, look forward to having a memorable experience and hopefully, you can look back and say it was worth it.

***No death was recorded in EKSU accident - Source at EKSUTH ***

Contrary to My earlier report that EKSU students involved in ghastly motor accident are dead, Source in Ekiti State University Teaching hospital confirmed to me that NO EKSU student died in the motor accident and that they only sustained different degrees of injury.
The students are under intensive care of the emergency department of Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital and that they are responding to treatments.

Doctors attending to the injured students enjoined colleagues of the victims at the hospital to calm down as their colleagues will bounce back soonest.

LIFTS BAN ON STUDENT UNION GOVERNMENT
The management of Olabisi Onabanjo University,
Ago-Iwoye has lifted the ban earlier placed on the
Student Union Government with immediate effect
while the institution remains closed.
The development follows the intervention of the
State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, FCA as
a result of entreaties made by the National
Association of Nigerian Students (NAANS), South-
West zone,well-meaning elders and other
stakeholders on behalf of the Student Union
Government.
The ban lift is to give room for further
deliberations to resolve issues surrounding the
closure of the school.
The SUG and the entire students are hereby
enjoined to maintain peace while both parties
explore dialogue to resolve the matter.

***Governor Ibikunle Amosun yields to Nans Zone-d call, ordered reinstatement of OOU Students'union with immediate Alacrity***

After the radical intervention of Nans Zone-d under the leadership of Asefon Sunday and our wide consultation on the proscription of OOU Students' Union, with the help of God and support of our ever at alert students, Gov. Ibikunle Amosun has Ordered the immediate reinstatement of OOU Students Union and also promised to look into our demands, for positive considerations.

It's no gain saying that Asefon lead Zone-d Nans has always attended to every issues affecting our students welfare and God been on our side, our Aluta has always been Continua, and our VICTORIA will Always be ASCERTAINED.

While we wait for the official reinstatement from the OOU school authourity we must also assure our students that resumption of the school follows soonest while our other demands will be meet before this week runs out.
While we waiting for all of these we implore our members in OOU to remain calm.
We must also appreciate Governor Ibikunle Amosun and his S. A Students for his quick intervention on the proscription of the Olabisi Onabajo University students Union and other lingering issues, which we believe has come to end.

We are bold to say that OOU students will smile Just like OAU students did.

Nans Zone-d is working, the zone is radically Up and doing.
