I also did not like 5 letter domains earlier but they sell very well in Brandable marketplaces because they can be applied to any industry.

They now make like 30% of my portfolio

But judging by the pronunciation, I am not sure Lix/zo passes the radio test but it’s definitely worth handreg fee

Any of this would most likely brings you the LinkedIn page of the owner of the end user website you are finding...on the LinkedIn page you can use SalesQL or any linkedin chrome email extractor to get the email of the decision maker.

If method 6 doesn't work, this brings us to method 7

Using this would most like bring up one of their main ails in the first page of results in Google.

So the above are some of the ways I tinker with Google to get emails.....

Other methods to get email leads includes using reon and skyemail extractor softwares via PC. You can use all of the steps shown above on mobile and PC.

So that's all I know for outbounding.




Time to outbound:

Usually 1:40pm in the afternoon to 4am in the morning.

You can also outbound anytime...even during the weekends by making email schedules to deliver at later time.


How many email to send per day

I send at least 35. And continue the next day to avoid Google locking.



How many email should I have for outbound:

At least 5 to 10 different emails...don't out all eggs in on me basket. This depends on the amount of domains you outbound.

For me... I'm trying to cut down outbounding after ma reg spreee..d thing is not easy...so I believe perhaps subsequent months...I should outbound around 5 to 10 domains or less God's willing my higher aim is on Brandables..but ground never level.



Type of email used

I use Google email...and Gmail software.



Tips to avoid Google locking:

Try to send email to relevant business that will need the domain. However if Google locks your email, don't be fast to try to restore....just leave it after several hours...then try opening...it...you will discover it will open without going for restoration..but by reauthenticating with your mobile phone.



Negotiation skills:

Do not accept the first offer when you received one. Normally if you accepted the first offer, the buyer may think that the offer is overprices and walk away with cold feet. Always make a counter offer with a message:

"I already received higher offer. Send me your best offer and I will consider"

So if your counter offer is too high to them. They still think they have a chance.

Dealing with end users is not the same as dealing with members here. It will take time: days or even weeks. So don't rush them and make them upset. Just wait.


If you receive an offer of 130 for a domain listed for 200..simply counter with around 140 or 145.. rather than accepting 130 straight..because the buyer may develop cold feet sometimes if you accept straight. Of it's a serious buyer...adding 10 would come at no cost.

Both methods have proven to be good. But so far I think HandReg have won.........on this thread...becos Ikhalyfah is the king of Handregs...he dedicates his time to brainstorm names by combining city+service or business. And you can see the sales spree.

ED too has proven to be a good strategy to pick names... Yogisolanki...have replicated same success like ikhalyfah using expireddomains.

So depends on the one that suits you. For me! I'm experimenting both.


How to use Ed:

Just goto expireddomains/net in the search bar tinker around with the filters by searching for expired names either by focusing on cities keyword, services/businesses.

That is you can goto ed and create a filter for just "roofer or roofers" so any time a name drops having that combination you can try to reg and sale or instead focusing on a city. E.g Austin

When do new names drop in Ed

Usually from 8pm upwards everyday.


How do I use handreg method:

usually you have to brainstorm cities+services/businesses you can combine which is available for reg. Whether you're going for ed or handreg method...just ensure there are end users.


How to use Ed to find Related Domains:

You can use Ed to lookup similar websites having the kind of domains you're outbounding...for example you can get all the .org .net and close .com match of a domain you're outbounding...this can be really useful...to use the tools...goto expireddomains/net..check the LINK menu...click on RELATED DOMAINS.. and type your domain name in the box "Austinroofers" and hit search....this will bringup all related domains...check image below
