I recall a terrifying story my neigbour told me about a friend of his, a businessman in Apapa, who at exactly noon  was so pressed and needed to use the loo.  He swerved across the road, parked his car and lucky him there was a public toilet close by. He rushed in to take a quick leak. The moment he slammed the door, landing on his cheeks was a thunderous slap that sent stars and twitty birds singing. So, surprised he kept looking around to see who gave him the slap and could not see anyone.

There are mannerisms for your daily life and what you should say before carrying out some atcs. i.e you don't enter your house or someone's without saying Assalamu alikum etc.
