well he made a point about payment for visiting Lecturers which is valid, sometimes some Universities dont have Departments that can provide Lecturers for some GST or GNS so they relly on visiting Lecturers from other University, i know of Coarses like Philosophy, Logic , Use of English, Statistics , Character and Poise, Business Law. that many Technical Instituition dont have the Departments
