RomanceRe: Nigerian Girls and their love for Recharge Cards by solo2(m): 9:37am On May 22, 2005
It so funny that most guys also experience this.

For example, most of these girls keep on flashing almost all day. When you call her, she will say "please send me a recharge card". The funnest thing is that she will not even call you with the airtime you send; she will use it to call somebody else.

I have stop giving out recharge cards.

FamilyHave You Once Been Rejected by Your Father? by solo2(op): 1:09pm On May 11, 2005
We were born of six boys and two girls and I am the second boy in the family. Something happened when we were kids:

My father and mother were divorced in the traditional way. As a result, he also rejected us and refused to take care of us, while he was living with another woman in a different location. We were taken to welfare office of those days, where we were taken care of until we finally asked the welfare officers to take us back to our mother, whom we stayed with untill we finally became grown up boys and girls.

Later my father came and asked us for forgiveness. We forgave him and moved to our family house in the village. Some (4) years after we had forgiven him, he was poisoned by the woman he was living with, and died.

If it were to be you, what would be your reaction?
PoliticsRe: Who Should Be the Next President of Nigeria? by solo2(m): 12:18pm On May 11, 2005
The three people you mention has nothing to offer to Nigerians , mostly Babaginda what is he coming to do for Nigerians, Is comming to collect the remaining loots he for got or what.? what are his investment in Nigeria? How many Nigerians are under his direct employment? I prefer that people who have a dream for Nigeria to come out and contest.

RomanceRe: Ladies: Would You Marry a Younger Man? by solo2(m): 11:42am On May 11, 2005
Because of shame, a lady cannot inform a guy how much she loves him. For the same reason, they won't go out to date a youger guy (though some will do it without exposure).

FashionRe: Beauty Pageantry! What's the point? by solo2(m): 12:26pm On May 09, 2005
trish, this is a very good topic that you have just raised on this forum.

I do not see any reason why madness and immoral acts are being paraded on the front of viewers and T.V. sets only on the pretends of beauty pageantry. I guess that this is another way the devil is enslaving girls like those on the street with mini-skirks enslaving their bodies for money.

RomanceHow would you react if your lover ditched you to marry another person? by solo2(op): 3:46pm On May 02, 2005
I have a friend who is close to me and we discussed some issues about life in general.

My friend, a young man, was about to get married to a young lady from his state and the same village, and we were discussing the marriage plan when he got a telephone call from Jos. The caller was his lover who lives at Jos, and from the outcome of their discussion the phone, I notice that the lady {was asking} my friend why he should ditch her to marry somebody else after some years of their relationship.

And from all indication, she got to know about the marriage plan through some one who showed her the invitation card. If you were to be the lady, how would you have reacted?
