Those are the schools that are not funded at all by the government. you can look them up, schools like ITT, Everest College, CDI College etc

hmm, Fanshawe is a reputable college. So it's probably other reasons from your application then.

Ya,its basically a loan. It looks like you need to be a PR or a citizen to get that though.

Pls I have a question...What are the chances of someone who wants to go for his PGD/Masters in Engineering but his WAEC result is two sittings?His undergrad is Engineering.. I heard it's a major no-no which I raised to him but the person won't just accept..Also, IF the person is granted admission, does CIC have anything to do with the result? I mean WAEC result.. What are his chances of getting a TRV..Pls bear in mind that the person has been to the US three times last year inclusive..

I don't think your waec matters as much, as long as your grades for undergrad are decent you should be fine.

Immigration Canada has nothing to do with your school admission, the more times you've travelled to a G8 country and returned the better chance you'll have of getting your visa.

Select all the files, right click and then properties. It'll tell the total size. You have to know the total size, so you don't waste time and have to do it again.

have you scanned any of them already, if so how big are all of them in total? If you have, there are programs that can make them a single pdf file.

Bro do you know that some people who mention God in your there post have not been to any place of worship in the past six months.
When things are beyond your control or has no rational explanation, it's termed mother nature or destiny. Which is actually God every living thing acknowledges that. Religion is the way you believe to communicate with it. No one has thrown Buddhism, hindu, Islam and Christianity at your face. So you don't feel offended next time someone mentions God, consider it as a call for mother nature to his/her favor and not throwing religion at your face because actually they didn't mention any prophets.

Highly doubt the people saying that will agree with you that they are praying to some abstract mother nature, and some have mentioned and implied specific religious things. Anyways, I was trying to start that debate here. I was trying to make a point and I think most people got the point I was making.

Bros, sorry I just noticed your message. I have absolutely no way of helping with that. I never applied for student visa or any visa for that matter, so I can't advice with the topic your asking for, but my advice will be to leave it for at least some months in there (possibly 6). They'll notice know if its just a month or a couple of weeks.

I thought some people gave some advise here on how to tackle it, ask again.

Yes you pretty much have to pay to get your application processed. As to applying to different schools at once, I'm not sure if international students can do this, Hopefully someone clarifies that.

Has anyone been here with a visitors visa lately?, I'm curious to see how long it takes. One of my aunts came last christmas and it took like 2 weeks. I'm trying to find out if she was just lucky. I want to invite some other people next yr.

Haha, I'm not gonna crucify you. Everyone can believe in whatever they want, and pray as much as they want. I'm just saying everyone should be considerate in public and think about others that might not share that same believe system. My family is Igbo, so I understand the juju line of thinking but I get uncomfortable with things that my alienate people that don't come from my background ( I feel bad for people from the north that go to naija embassy in ottawa, those of you that have been there know what I mean).

If any of you ladies come here and open a proper naija restaurant, you'll make so much money. All the ones here are run by people that have no idea what hospitality is, so if you're not naija, you will be scared to even enter the place.

I took my girl to one (she eats naija food) and she couldn't understand why the madam looked pissed the whole time, loud tv, waiter don't check on you.(she enjoyed the naija restaurants when we came to naija) if anybody is a proper cook, I'll fund it oh...easy money to be made!. People in toronto love trying food from other places in the world. Jamican, greek, chinese, korean, indian, afghan...basically all ethnic food do well here.

I don't think you need to pay your school fees. I think you just need to pay the retainer, which usually is just a couple hundred dollars. Someone else might have a better idea of this.

I am a big fan of kijiji, so it's probably your best bet. Get something for your first yr, after that you might meet friends at school and find a better place.

I know Scarborough pretty well. Its pretty safe in all the neighborhood, try and stay away from galloway and malvern but honestly even those areas are not that bad.

Nwanne (in phyno voicee), It'll impossible to work to pay your fees. I think there is a restriction on how much hours you can work with a student visa, and even if you were able to work 40 hrs, your grades will be affected.
