You are right, he will get to play more at Liverpool than Barcelona. Icon79: I am all for him moving to a top team but he gotta go to a football club where he can play week in week out. Honestly, if he were to transfer to Barca right now, I think he'd be moving about 2 years too soon. What Ndidi needs right now is a place where he could play week in week out so he can develop and build his confidence. he doesn't need a team where he would become a benchwarmer.
I don't mind him going to Liverpool tho. He would definitely get playing time there and Jurgen Kloop can bring the best out of him.

Benching Busquet once a while wouldnhave been possible if Barcelona has got a capable replacement. The guy also needs rest. Dembele and coutinho has been seeing games even though they met others there. The coach has at least managed to give players playing time. If we are talking about Ndidi getting to becoming the best on time, Barcelona is one of the major clubs he should go to. Learning there is quick and top notch. Icon79: Coutinho would be getting an EU passport soon, so there might be room for Ndidi. But I really won't like for him to go to Barca at this time because that would mean being a backup .... Sergio Busquets still have about 2 to 3 years of top level football left in him.

Didn't know they can't sign more than 3 non-EU players. Thanks So Coutinho doesn't have EU passport? how many years has he spent in Europe? Arthur won't be available till next season or mid next season. eterisan: Barcelona already have 3 NON-EU players in suarez, coutinho and Mina... Plus they have secured a deal for Arthur from gremio to deputize for busquets .... Thus they don't need him.

At Barcelona, he will surely master these other aspects within one season. eterisan: yes klopp with his ghen ghen pressing or pep at city with his tika tika.... Barcelona uses a 4:4:2 system that gets to change during matches to 4:3:3 and 4:2:2:2. We should try this. tbaba1234: What i want to see in the friendlies.
1. A steady start: In recent games, we seem to start slowly and grow into the game. I will like to see us start faster.
2. 3-5-2 formation, we should get another look at the formation. I will also like to see us switch systems in the middle of a match.
3. New system, we should introduce another system and see how that works.
4. Game for Uche Agbo, constantly invited with no games.
5. Goalkeeping, How do the goalkeepers fare? Ezenwa will be rusty. But Akpeyi and Uzoho have been playing.
6. Joel Obi, Does he add something new? |

He will be dropped? remind me again, how many defenders do we currently have on the list that was submitted for the friendlies? need to know how you were able to know that Omeruo would be dropped when we have close to 10 defenders on the list. tbaba1234: What about recent trends? Does that qualify?
Which Centre Back has been dropped out of recent squads including the crucial qualifiers against Cameroon?
It is clear what the pecking order is, right now. Ofcourse, Omeruo can impress the coaches in the coming friendlies but as it stands right now. If any CB will drop out, he is likely to be the one.
Nothing is set in stone. Omeruo can impress enough to even be a starter in Russia. I am analyzing based on what is the current situation now. |

Just like Brazil conceded how many goals against Germany? or the Bayern vs Barcelona goal feast? you will always get beaten black and blue if you meet someone more prepared than you. AIG07: this kind of result only makes one question the football knowledge of our local coaches.
MFM went to learn international football, expected them to do better is like expecting a boy scout to fight like a soldier.
If you must concede, must you concede this much? Poor tactics/strategy.
No wonder most European clubs will always want npfl players to go on trial before signing them |

How did you know it's because of Omeruo he's looking at the german guys? assumptions? what if it's to replace balogun, Awaziem or even Troosk? aren't you trying to read Rohr's mind too? irony of life tbaba1234: Let us be clear.. I am for the best players making the team. Any German boy also has to prove that he is up to the task.
I feel Rohr does not have that full confidence in Omeruo because he has left him out a few times. That is why he is looking at the German boys. It is more than likely that he will be the culprit if one of the them joins the team. |

The last 2 matches Balogun played for us had nothing like "doing well" in them except we want to be blind to this fact. not like i am saying we should drop him, all i am saying is that the others aren't "as good as we think" when comparing with those we think we can do away with in a twinkle of an eye. MetalJigsaw: At least they're doing well in the green jersey, which is the most important thing. Could such be said of Omeruo? |
