I think he does good in coming forward and helping the attack when its needed. He does not get the goals but i've seen his displays - dribble passes et all.
What really kills him is the dope  
He lacks concentration and is erroneous too much of times. Take that out and he is close to what is needed or thereabouts.

Tevez needs time to start scoring, I predicted this before the season. I suspect by the end of the year he'd be better, He's a good player and when he's not scoring he's helping the time - something Sheva is yet to learn. I dont see any reasons to criticise him but issue is he is a striker and he has to start scoring.

Everton may prove a tought test but i expect those lone goals victories again. You play but you dont score.
