I experienced same. I have to use laptop then I was able to upload.

Pls house, am a fresher. Open an account with Uber on Friday (16/8/19), and did my online test same Friday, uploaded all my documents except "Vehicle Inspection" went to Uber office for training on Monday (19/8/19) as first batch and was told we will be activated today 20/8/19. But just uploaded vehicle inspection report today (20/8/19) and pending approval and account still not activated. Could that be the reason why my account is delay? If not,
