Car Talk / Re: Maintenance Tips On Cars. by sookoo: 7:44am On Jan 25, 2021
GAZZUZZ:

Use mobil1 5w30 USA specs .

Engine protection over fuel economy any day.

Thank you Gazzuz.

Please I want to ask. Is the OW-20 used in the US the same as Mobil 1 5w 30 USA specs you have recommended?

Please where do I buy it? Can I get it in any Mobil filling station in Ibadan and should I insist on USA specs? How do I identify if truly they are selling to me US specs? Please do you have any idea on the price?

It's my first car and I know next to nothing about cars and I'm just learning and very eager to learn.

Thank you sir's and ma's.

radautoworks:
YES

Edit: how long since the last oil change out of curiosity?

Thank you sir. But 'Yes' to which option? I should return to the Oil used in servicing before I bought the car or the one that has only been used just once when the car arrived Lagos?

The car was serviced in Lagos August 2020.But I really started driving it in October 2020.Car has travelled from Osogbo to Ibadan six times and to and fro Lagos once.

Thank you.

Good evening
Gazzuzz
Nurey

Radautoworks

Thanks for the good job you ate doing

Please I have a 2011 Toyota Corolla which needs urgent servicing. However, I'm in a fix on what to do. I checked the car history online and it was regularly serviced with OW-20 full synthetic oil while in the US. However, when car arrived in Lagos, it was serviced with Mobil Super 1000 20W-50 XHP.

My question is this. Should I return to the OW-20 full synthetic oil or continue with the 20w-50 Mobil used in Lagos. Note that this Mobil used in Lagos has just been used once. Thank you.

Your kind answers needed urgently please.

Thank you.
Car Talk / Re: REMOTE FAULT ASSESSMENT AND DIAGNOSIS GUIDE By AutoMoTech by sookoo: 2:07pm On Oct 07, 2020
Thank you AutoMoTech. Thank you radautoworks. It was taken for a scan and a code said ADF-PO301. Cylinder 1 Misfire detected.
The Rewire said I'll change six plugs. The guy that did the scanning cleared the error though and the light is no longer on the dashboard.

I'm entirely new at this and don't know what to do.
The ABS light did not come on.

Good evening house. Please the Slip indicator and check engine light came on and stayed on the dashboard after the car was driven for like three hours. This has not happened before when the car travels shorter distances. The car is a Toyota Corolla 2011.What do I do please? Thank you.

garnetty: It rarely beats my estemeed imagination that you people are still hopeful on this 'shady recruitment' when you are expected to have moved on. Anybody who is giving you any form of 'blind assurance' that there could be second batch as widely speculated is merely perpetrating in moral deceit. Open your eyes and think of better things to ponder on not NSITF.

reinedamse: Did Amcon employ up to 700 people?
So u mean NSITF would call almost 700 people on their phones?
Haba now!! How logical does dat sound.
Well,it may happen dat way eventually.but i can authoritatively say it dis time dat lilodez and nonybose have not recieved any call from NSITF.they may have recieved from their sources but NOT NSITF.
They are just trying to steal our faith and peace of mind and we will shame dem tongue

Hi all!Would you marry a man who has ever beaten a woman, even just once?My colleague's boyfriend told her that he once beat his former girlfriend, though, according to him,she slapped him first. My stance is this, once a woman beater, always a woman beater. They never change. What do you think?

Religion / Which Version Of The Bible Do You Read And Why? by sookoo: 4:37pm On Sep 28, 2011
I prefer the King James version! When my friends tease me about my preference for the 'thou, thee, whither' stuff,I jokingly tell them its the 'Authorized version'!.
Why?King James is easy to memorize and and 'confess'!I started reading it years ago and Simply cannot imagine reading other versions regularly, though I do read them at times for references!
Religion / Share Your Best Miracle Story In The Bible And Why You Love It. by sookoo: 4:59pm On Oct 13, 2010
I love the miracle stories recorded in the Bible, both in the new and old testaments. However,my best miracle story is the story recorded in the 3rd book of the Acts of the Apostles. In this story, shortly after the death and resurrection of Jesus,Peter and John went to the temple to pray aroun 3.00pm.A man, lame from his mother's womb was placed at one o the gates of the temple called beautiful.Seeing Peter and John,he looked at them hoping to receive money. However,Peter, full of the Holy Spirrit made the now famous short speech"Silver and gold I have none".Then, exercising faith on behalf of this man,he grabbed his arm and pulled him up,and the lame man started walking and leaping and praising God!All the people were filed with wonder and amazement because they knew this guy!

I love this story soooo much because God honoured thief faith even when the lame man was not expecting to be healed. Our God sure is a wonder worker!
