Some of una sef... Se as d OP jus sensationalize d mata. MTN offices have done worse... D issue isn't peculiar to jus etisalat alone.. All of dem usually require a VALID NATIONAL ID and most especially ur manner of approach. I've done a sim swap after I forgot my sim where I travelled to by providing every single detail about d line. I didn't even have d sim pack anymore. I explained to dem my predicament and asked dem to check and confirm if any of d info I have given is wrong. Some of their agents can b overzealous atimes but ur conclusion is totally illogical. I actually don't hate my dad, I love him and in fact, I am his favourite.

We talk very much too and he enjoys having conversation with me.

The best type of conversation he likes having with me is when I feed him with new trends and news, so that he can use the information to win arguments with his friends.

You know I can't talk with him all the time and that's exactly what he wanted. He's not like that until he got sick which made him paralyse for sometime. He want to continue working after he recovered but me and my siblings refused, forcing him to retire.

That's when it began, but I know I'm not the first person experiencing this. I just need someone to tell me how to cope, (maybe there is something I'm not doing).

So after reading people's comments, I just ignore the emotional ones and pick from ones that know exactly what I'm saying and thank God; I got some.

I'm thinking of buying him an Android phone, or a laptop and teach him how to get information and use it for entertainment too. In fact, I'll let him know A-Z of the benefits of smartphone.

And for those thinking my English is bad, I'm not just concentrating because of my mood. If you think I do not need concentration to write a good English, let me remind you that English is not my native language.

I used to worry that my dad disturbed too much anytime I was on a trip. If he knew I was travelling, he would call severally & monitor till I reached my destination. That used to be so disturbing and annoying. Now i recall my first trip after he passed on. No one called me. I wept. I still do.

See ehn, back then, my dad will be talking, I will walk out of him angrily. Sometimes even slammed the door sef... Due to d fact that my dad doesnt smell thngs, it gave me d liberty to smoke in my room. I was feeling like one big boy, not knowing I was a big fool.. Get your dad something to do.. Not job o. My dad too is somehow like that.. I later realised that its loneliness and boredom that was causing it. Cos my mum left since I was 10. So dont feel embarassed.. How I did mine.. Ive always known my dad to be a fan of wrestling. A die hard Shawn Michaels fan at that. So I bought plenty wrestling dvds for him. So him dey him room more often, dey watch dem.

Secondly. Try engaging ur dad in discussions. It could be politics, football, etc. Which I do with my dad now. My dad loves football too. So, any nigerian match going on, he will invite all his frnds.. To watch with him..

The last but not the least, u fit download candy crush for him fone.. It may sound absurd, but my sis installed on his fone.. So hes always thinking about passing a stage.. Most times, hes busy playing it.. Sometimes I do help him pass some, since I always finish d game every week..

Pls dnt complain about ur dads frequent talks.. U will Def miss him when hes gone...
