Honestly I don't know that because it's not the only vehicle I drive. Not too concerned with fuel. You don't check fuel consumption that way. Your 30mins to work and my 30mins drive may not be same considering traffic. If you actually need the RAV4 and are so much concerned with fuel consumption, buy the I4 version or better still look for a vehicle that has less than 2cc engine capacity.

I own the V6 4WD model, it's a reliable car. Make sure you use correct fluids as specified in the manual. Concerning fuel consumption, are you comparing with what vehicle cause it's relative. I only have V6 so my judgement may not be ok for you with respect to fuel consumption.

If you mean steering controls, then the Highlander has it. The Highlander has more space and three rows of seats. The engines are practically same 3.5 V6 , almost similar fuel economy for the V6, but the Highlander has option of 4 cylinder FWD. with even better fuel economy.

Return the plate number to the seller as it is tied to his name. Don't do things that will be problems for you in future. Imagine if he goes to report that his car was stolen and police picks you up because you are still having number plate tied to his name affixed on your car. . How do you explain this. He can say all paperwork is fake. You'll just turn to car thief due to this.

There is this very elderly man in my area, he is my friend.

He has been sick for quite a while now always coughing and not breathing properly .

Last night he couldn't close his shop and couldn't walk so he called me to help him get home. I had to chatter a bike and I took him home.

Mass transit transportation is the way to go. With removal of fuel subsidy, many will find it difficult fuelling cars. It will even help decongest cities like Lagos as one can stay in ibadan and work in lagos
Trains will be the way out. Wish they do more metro train service within major cities. This will also enable payment of loans from China to avoid trouble in future. Trains service will also stress on the roads as they'll also be used for moving containers and fuel tankers that cause havoc from time to time. Let's forget about politics of Jonathan or Buhari in this case as it'll not help pay the loan from China.
