Mobil is a brand name while 5W20 is oil specification. Check on the container of oil used for servicing your car. You will see the specification written on it. The same is also written on the oil cover of you car engine. If it's 20W50, then it's not the correct oil for your acura.

TPMS is on, meaning either a sensor is bad or pressure not ok. Did you also check the pressure of the spare tire.? If the pressure on the five tyres are ok then you will have to scan car and get exact sensor having issues for replacement .

For VSC light you will have to scan the car and know exactly what the issue is.

I never said doctors are not to be respected. I respect everyone no matter your level in life and even those working for me, but if they threaten me for like the Dr did and equally put on social media, I'll sack him there. His leaving doesn't end life. What if he's dead or resigned.?

Other professionals are leaving Nigeria in large numbers too. Have you gone to IT firms and banks to see the exodus of highly skilled professionals too. I was at a State hospital (the biggest hospital in that state) recently and was shocked when the most senior doctor there told me there were only 3 doctors left in the entire hospital.

There used to be more than 20. Most have left the country.

This hospital treats several hundred people a day, and that excludes all those on admission.

The 3 doctors work about 16 hours a day, and are usually rushing back from home when there is an emergency. No rest for them.

We have to respect doctors.
