Poor man does not criticise. Since you are poor, you have no moral right to condemn anything someone built with his own hard earned money. All you have to do is to make your own money and show us example of what you have in your head. Any investor can decide to build whatever he likes, it does not concern you, he didn't build it with your own money. If someone decides to use his residential house for a commercial venture, it is his business. In a nutshell poor people does not have the right to criticise individuals who made their money and decides to invest it their own way. If you want to criticise then you should channel it to your father who could not leave anything for you to build on.
