Big2bore:
As for the guy in Ghana, give me some time to confirm from them.

Ok. Will be waiting to hear from you.

Does anyone know if Star tv has plans to broadcast in Ghana?

sayso:

It's a lie. They childboard is a very nice place to post. Try again.

olatiler:
@All i need working TP fo GO-Africa

Go Africa is still on it's old TP 11103 H 3798. For sometime now, it only shows up between late night and dawn: on my 90cm.

olatiler:
@All pls is anythg wrong with CRTV? cos mine is not showing since last friday. pls i need confirmation be4 i tamper my dish. thanks

They're just fine tunning their equipments. They'll be back.

@ sun-sat

Their tp is down. Their website also down. Don't know what coincidence it is.

For some strange reasons, F2V on Sirius 4 has vanished. Website not accessible. They were supposedly going 2 launch this April; the reason why they encrypted all channels. I hope those who bought the vouchers hv not be robbed.

borderline:
@spacevice
there is no audio yet 4 dat statn.just enjoy like dat, its a feed,u know

I read from somewhere that the SRT 69x is unable to decode the audio for those channels since the audio format is AAC. Not sure though.

badaru1:
FOR THOSE WITH MPEG4 BLINDSCAN SIRUS,THERE IS FREE NAIJA MOVIE & MUSIC

Badaru, do you get the audio for those channels? I use 69x but i can't get audio.

Nice thread.

phizz:

@ all

@ Blakstar
Welcome back. Missed u a lot.

@ Paps 1

pofolo:
@ olason,
@ all,

with my 53x, single dish for w3a&sirius4 theres nothing like etv-feed & hydepark-1 even afta blindscanning.
My question,
are d above channel mpeg4,& are they on ku wit 65-90cm dish.
If not mpeg4 ,& r d dish sizes.
Can some1 pls post d tps.
Plsss. . . . . . ! ! ! !

@POFOLO,
I don't think the issue is with mpeg4 or mpeg2. I use 69x, 90cm,combining w3a and sirius4 and i also don't get those feeds. I think it's got to do with with the signal quality. Maybe we should only hook up with sirius4 with a higher quality and see the outcome.

By the way, what's wrong with your phone numbers? i tried calling u.

@Olason

I got your number. Will call you.

pofolo:
@ hopitinto,
@ ibaku,

will crtv remain on mpeg2 or will dey also go mpeg4 ?.
You guyz shud not put your minds to 2moro, nxt week ,next month or months. Dont shout hurray yet until u see the channels.
No be today crtv dey shout say dey go add channel !!!. Lets just hope,wait & see,

I hv a feeling they will go mpeg4

@All:
Blind and auto scan revealed this tp and sr on astra 2b: 12617V9999 added to that of CRTV. What I can’t understand is that even at 67 percent quality showing green, no channel pops up. What really is happening here?

Same with some of the f2v channes on Sirius 4. CRTV said they will be adding up to 12 channels by Feb. Let's keep waiting.

@ Candyman

I'm not home right now. Will post the TP for Top tv later. No audio yet for the channels including the SABCs. Pictures only.

@all

Has anyone noticed Top tv on sirius 4. Even though the channels appears as scrambled it's showing SABCs and other channels

@ ALL

Does anyone have any info about Top TV on sirius 4? They're running a test. Top TV 1 to Top TV 9. Even though it's NDS encrypted, Top tv 5 to 8 are showing channels like GOD TV and Love world.

@ Captainus

Call this tel no. and find out: 021517480. It's the shop at A&C mall sathob referred u to.

@sathob and pofolo

Thanks. But i am using my 90cm for sirius only. Any tips on lnb skew?

@ all

Is stv 1 still showing on sirius?

Also, how can i get higher signal quality on sirius. I use 69x with a 90cm dish and the current quality is between 54-59%.

@ Oga George
For those of us who are not lucky to get Nilesat, we get excited with such news frm CRTV.
Anyway, they said by February. Let's wait and see.

@ olofolo
Thanks man!

@ enitan
What Pofolo said abt CRTV is true. If u remember i posted the same info last week and u rightly said they would hv 2 change tp. I got that info frm one of their technicians.
@ George D
Help me with freegate settings. How do i know when it connects. spacevice@yahoo.com.

@ALL

There is something i want to understand.

How come u will find channels listed on lyngsat for a particular satellite that has beams in our region, say Sirius 4 but you can't even get those channels listed for Europe on your receiver. Is it not the same Sirius?

@ all
This yr promises to be exciting for FTA viewers. CRTV is planning to add 12 channels by February. Details of the channels not known yet. Soo much more entertainment 4 free.
